Bad Luck with Left Breast. 3 Times Deflated. 1 Car Air Bag,2 Breast Mammogram,3 Leaking - Jackson, MS

This last implant just went down. It was on the left. Went to Dr. and he said it would be better to go with two new implants. He told me about the new jell, and the pro's of having them instead of the saline . Went with jell 400cc. after three months the right was high and smaller than the left one. Dr. would not take care of it. It has now been over a year and still right smaller than left. Updated on 5 Feb 2015: I searched the net for what I thought was a great doctor to do my breast augmentation. Found one that was board certified. And really like what he had wrote on his profile. "Dr. Howell strives to treat each patient like he would want his family treated. and enjoys spending time talking with each of his patients" end of quote. So dummy me took his word. Thought I had found someone that could put my left breast back in and make me happy. WRONG! I think his attitude is what made me so darn mad. After I went back to discuss my concerns about the right breast was higher and smaller than the left, I got no compassion from him at all! He was so passive about the whole situation!! By the way I had a stich that has puss because the stitch had not dissolved, so a piece stuck out and infection set in to the right breast. He told me to make an appt. and he would do a little in office procedure that would take care of it and give me some antibodies. Drove 90 miles to next appt. to have him only take this fingers and try to snatch the stitch out...Held is fingers in the air and said" I got it." He never got it!!!! if finally came out about a week or so later. My next appt. same thing, breast still the same. I cannot tell you how upset I was. He had the nerve to tell me I need to calm down and continue to do the breast exercise like I had not been doing them!He came over and started pushing my breast on the right side down really hard like it was going to drop into place... My blood pressure was high at this time, and my husband went almost into a rage, when we asked what he planned to do to fix it. He let us know it was not his problem that I would have to pay for it! I contacted the Dr. that was the head of that practice and he had no compassion either and felt they had done nothing to fix my right breast...One year later, still not happy, I contacted an attorney in that area...Guess what? I was told that this little area of Mississippi, is "like a small fishbowl" No one will sue the doctors and that the judges are always on the doctors side!!! I am still in the process of making sure that this doctor and his superior knows just how much I feel that I should get some compensation to pay someones that knows what to do, a fee to fix my right breast! When a board certified surgeon takes on a surgery, he should be held accountable. I have some picks on this website, but I was told that they were taken to close to really project the problem. I will take some more and post! May I add, I have had my left breast deflated several times and only went in to have that one fixed...saline implants. He told me about the new jell implants and the advantage of them...Dumb me listened when he said it would be best to do both to get them the same size!!! After all I was fed up with the saline going down. What also makes me ferrous, I went there just for one implant, and paid an extra $1,000.00 , when I could have just had one silicone, and it would cost me so much less for the same results! I feel this Dr. did not take care of me in a way that a dr. should take care of his patient. Once more remember, all the implants on the left side that deflated...every doctor did a PERFECT job on them...So I know there are really professional certified doctors out there...just be sure and not get in a hurry for something that could cause you depression, hurt and pain! Please...take the time to do your research. Do not be advise like " be sure he is board certified....takes more than that to get the right doctor.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Updated on 7 Feb 2015: After one year of wondering why one of my breasts is still smaller than the other, I do appreciate the doctors that responded to my question. Thank you very much.
