Updated on 13 May 2016: Everything went perfect, the dr told me he is pretty sure the insurance will approve it, Monday he will send the application and he thinks in 3 to 6 weeks we will get the answer. Updated on 25 May 2016: I got the approved in the mail, also the Dr call me and I have an appointment June 3 to schedule the surgery.... Yes I am so excited can't believe it, am surprised the insurance take only 10 days to answer.
