Ich habe mich getraut ;)Ich war immer unzufrieden mit meinem flachen Po und habe daraufhin einige Monate das Internet durchforstet. Eine Po-Vergrößerung sollte die Lösung sein und recht schnell wurde dann klar, dass Herr Dr. Roth mit seinen Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten der geeignete Ansprechpartner sein würde. Bis zur Op war ich nie ängstlich, ich hatte keinerlei Bedenken, aber die Vorfreude war riesig !Ich konnte es kaum erwarten, weil ich wusste , dass der BBL, dadurch, dass Herr Dr Roth sein Werk beim absoluten Guru in Brasilien, wo diese Operation wirklich an der Tagesordnung liegt,gelernt hat, sein absolute Spezialität ist. Der große Tag war gekommen und ich war überwältigt vom Ergebnis !!! Kaum zu glauben, dass so ein Ergebnis möglich ist. Endlich habe ich meinen Traumpo ! Ich war erstaunlich schnell wieder fit und auch die nette Betreuung nach der Operation durch Dr Roths Team war sehr hilfreich. Auf ihrer Homepage gibt es tolle Tipps für "Vor und Nach dem BBL" Alles in allem fühlte ich mich jederzeit rund um allerbestens betreut und bleibe weiterhin begeistert von diesem wunderbaren Ergebnis, denn es bleibt mir fürimmer erhalten :)Da ich früher selber ratlos und unsicher dem Thema gegenüber stand, gebe ich gern Auskunft. It appears that in this simulation only the hump has been removed. This is an attainable result. I would encourage you to talk to a plastic surgeon about your expectations before you design your "own" nose. Whether an open or closed approach is "good" or "bad" for you depends on an exam and the preference of the surgeon you will consult. If you did the pre/post simulation yourself then you definetly have realistic expectations. Good luck!
There is no splint or tape 7 days after surgery? You really need to talk to your surgeon about your concerns and have him see you on a regular base. Your concern that your nose will look wider than before surgery has to be taken serious because the swelling itself can cause the bones (sidewalls) to shift apart. Every surgeon has his own routine in the postoperative care, I encourage you to talk to your surgeon and have him demonstrate/palpate where the sidewalls are. If the bony pyramid is narrow then you will be fine because the swelling of the soft tissure will eventually diminish.Good luck.
During the BBL you will be turned on your stomach. That means that your nose will probably get some kind of pressure during the BBL. So I would encourage you to discuss this with your rhinoplasty surgeon. I recommend my patients to wait at least 3 months.

There should be various plastic surgeons in London with experience in ethnic rhinoplasty. An open approach with cartilage harvest from the septum together with alar base reduction will be the surgical method which will be discussed with you. You probably need to call the plastic surgeon and personally interview him whether he has the experience you are looking for. The websites of all plastic surgeons in Europe will not provide you with pre/post pics because it is against EU law to show pre/post pics. So you need to see the pre/post pics during consultation.
