There are injections that dissolve fat, but that would not be appropriate in this area. Filler injections add volume which may help under the eyes if you have a hollow pocket. The best option would be a blepharoplasty which is the removal of the excess skin above and/or below the eyes. Definitely schedule a consultation with an eye surgeron or a plastic surgeon to find out if this is the right solution for you!
