I went to Dr Ireland for rhinoplasty. I asked him to make my tip smaller and more narrow. Instead, he over corrected the bridge of my nose which gives it a flat appearance then did absolutely NOTHING to my tip. As a result my nose looks even larger than before. I had breast implants placed by Dr. Ireland and he did a horrible job. He lowered my natural crease and placed them too low so the implants were bottoming out immediately. My breast were not symmetrical and looked deformed...my scars were raised and very obvious. Well now, it's time!!!!!! I am 33 years old, turning 34 in 3 weeks, and think this will be the best bday gift I could ever give myself.
