Dr.Horn is amazing doctor i couldn’t thank him enough and his team for taking care of me during and after my surgery. I had lipo to my flanks and lower abdomen on Oct 7 2022 (almost two weeks ago at the time of this review). My pictures attached are from 1 week post op but not much has changed between then and now. I had lipo mainly to get rid of the genetic lower abdomen tummy fat I've carried for most of my life. I am 5'7 and was 137lbs at the time of my lipo, but even at my skinniest (120lbs) I've always had that "line" emphasizing my stomach pouch. This is despite me having a (imo) pretty small waist size (26-28" depending on my weight). As you can see from the picture, although I agree I look "tighter" in the post-op pic, the difference is minimal to moderate. My surgeon removed 600ccs total from both my flanks + abdomen combined, which to my understanding is quite a conservative amount. Sadly the "line" is still there which is unfortunate. Maybe it's skin sagging? Maybe I'm still swollen? Maybe hoping for the line to disappear was always an unrealistic goal for me? Regardless, the surgeon never communicated or advised to me that getting rid of the line WASN'T possible. The best way I can describe the difference between my belly pre and post op is that pre op, you could spot the "line" in about 80% of lighting situations (the other 20% being when it's very dark in a room). Post op you can spot the "line" in about 40% of lighting situations. Was that reduction from 80 to 40% worth the 3500 USD I paid? Not sure yet - I'll have to update this review when I'm finished swelling. As for the surgeon/experience itself, Dr. Gary Horn was kind and professional, though a little quiet and blunt. His staff was not particularly professional - not responding to emails or texts both pre and post op, spelling errors in communications, semi confusing post op instructions. On my end I have to admit I didn't do that much research on different surgeons + I feel like I got a good deal for this surgery and so I didn't exactly have super high expectations for the level of care I'd receive. If I end up botched somehow I will certainly update this review :-)

had my inner thighs and knees Vaser liposuction done exactly 4 weeks ago today and I am super happy. This is a honest review of the whole experience. I am a runner, vegan, eat healthy 80% time and overall really healthy person. I always hated my legs and always wanted to have a lipo done. I have done loads of research and really can tell you this is not a weight loss thing at all. It is more to contour or sculpt your body. I have not changed a dress size yet I am slimmer and have a much nicer shape to my legs. My first initial consultation was with James, who was really friendly and informative. All the email correspondence with Ronnie and Brandon was super efficient and they have always answered all my questions promptly and in a friendly manner. Then I went to meet Dr. Horn in person. The clinic is like a dentist place, not glamorous as you would think Harley Street Clinic would be. But it is very clean and well kept. Dr Gary Horn is a very quite and straight to the point man, but don’t let this discourage you because he really understands his stuff. I wanted my outer & inner thighs and knees done but he said doing outer thighs might cause more damage than pleasure and discouraged me from doing it. He could just grab my money and do it, but he does care about his patients and the final result!!! I was sold! I was super nervous on the day and felt like I am cheating but still went for it. The prep before the surgery was done by the funniest and loveliest nurse who just made me feel at ease. The liposuction procedure itself is not pain free. I won’t lie to you I had tears streaming down my cheeks at several times during the surgery but the nurses were so caring and were holding my hand and stroking my head. Dr Horn didn’t say much, he was focused on his work and it was all done in 30 minutes. I saw an immediate result and was thrilled. They gave me a garment to wear, painkillers and antibiotics. I walked straight to the car and was absolutely fine. I felt no pain afterwards, not the next day or the day after. I was and I am still amazed. On the day 2 post op I was already walking up and down the garden, day 3 post op done usual dog walk. The recovery is incredible. It could be just me, but I thought it would be much worse. I didn’t take one painkiller, just antibiotics. One thing I will say is no one checked on me after the surgery but I emailed with questions and they were answered fast. I had a video-call on day 5 with James, who was great. Today 4 weeks post op I had a review with Dr. Horn and I will have another one in 3 months time. I am very very happy with my result, I have lovely slimmer legs with a thigh gap and no more fatty knees! This is no fancy clinic with a chatty surgeon, but it delivers an exceptional result for much less money that you would pay in other places. One thing is for sure, you gotta follow healthy lifestyle and exercise at least a bit to make the results even better and that’s what I am planning to do. Thank you Harley Body Clinic

Dr Horn is a highly experienced surgeon. My thighs and breasts were so damaged after having gone through a procedure with another surgeon when I was younger. The damage was so bad which left me having no confidence and depression for 15 years. The previous procedure left me with uneven skin and large dimples. Dr Horn performed a reconstruction corrective surgery with a combination of Vaser to smooth out the uneven lumps of fat and inner and back of thigh lift.The results are amazing. He made a treatment plan for me which worked. Dr Horn is very patient and caring surgeon. I am a aesthetics practitioner myself and will be recommending him to my clients in similar situation as myself. The results on my thighs were exceptional and I have got my confidence back.Breasts - Once again a total botched up my another Harley st surgeon Dr Britto with bad stitching, one breast larger than other and total mess! I had to live with this for many years which had a effect on my mental health. Dr Horn performed a corrective surgery and scar revision. The results were excellent.From my experience as a practitioner myself who has worked in the industry over 30 years there will always be someone who will write a negative review because their expectations are too high. We need to be realistic about our expectations bearing in mind elasticity of skin, age, lifestyle, body shape. I am really happy with my results and recommend Dr Horn highly to anyone who is considering to have surgery.

I had buttock implants and liposuction to the flanks recently with dr horn. he was professional , honest and his personal assistant Lucy is incredible. I had contact when I needed it , and I am really happy with my results .

Dr. Horn is very professional. He always responds to text messages and emails very quickly. The whole process went very smoothly. I am now 3 weeks post surgery and very happy with results so far. I would highly recommend him.

I will forever be in debt to this AMAZING doctor. In fact he saved my life. I had so many complications due to another surgeon. However, Dr Horn answered all my messages, I messaged him about 7 times per day for 4 months.This doctor messaged me when I had blood clots from a previous doctor. He was ALWAYS CARING, PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIVE!Dr Horn, removed my buttock implants, took little fat from my legs to enable him to do fat transfer that another doctor took a chunk out of me.They must have been gentle with me in surgery because I felt fine as I woke up and went home a few hours later.When I say I messaged him a lot I really mean so much. What a lovely guy!!!Obviously I've not healed yet. But GIRLS THERE IS NO NEED TO GO ABROAD. Dr Horn does buttock implants, BBL and will look after you!

I previously had a designer vagina from a previous Surgen who had made such a mess,I came to see dr horn and wish I'd seen him sooner! Such a professional Surgen who made me feel at ease from start to finish. I'm still a working progress but I'm already very happy with the results Thankyou and I will only see this Surgen from now on.

The run up to the surgery Dr Horn was informative on what I'd need to do to prepare and what garments I'd need to purchase.
