If your implants were recently removed, you could have had new implants inserted at the time of removal.  I would redo them as soon as possible.

Yes.  Under local and the capsule does not need to be removed.  The surgery should take about an hour and cost about $2000.  I would suggest you contact your surgeon and see if he can due better on the price.  You never said why you do not like your implants.   Were you made too large?  Down time would be the same day if they were only removed.  Strenuous Physical activity in about 3 weeks.  

You did not say why you are massaging your lower eyelids.  Did you have fat injections?

If you did, you may be altering the volume of fat.  Pressure  to skin to skin can alter the water content of the skin, I.e. elastic stockings when your feet are swollen.

A tuberous breast has a very distinct appearance.  It is usually small and slightly high on the chest but the tell tail sign is that the breast tissue  mainly involves the lareola nipple comply with the areola and nipple are herniated out from the circumference of the areola.  A tubular breast has the appearance of a torpedo (long narrow and pointed.)

You have very large breast with huge areola- nipple complex and marked ptosis.  I would guess that you where heavier ands lost weight or your breast were larger and became smaller after pregnancy or withdrawal of birth control pills.  The bottom line you need a reduction mammoplast with areolar reduction.  Any Board Certified plastic can help.  Make sure he is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery

 

Never heard of it.  I cannot imagine how it could have happened.  Are you sure you were done by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
