I went in for a panniculectomy and it was the best thing I ever did. At surgery I weighed 317lbs and now 3 years later with having 17lbs of extra skin removed I've been able to move and ambulate to a weight loss of 125lbs. I am now a size 10 and couldn't be happier!!

Dr. Wingate is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to what you want and then provides great advice. He makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I have been seeing him for years and always leave happy.

Still have some swelling esp at top of stomach. Able to wear Spanxs during the day and I wear my binder at night to sleep. No pain. Just soreness esp after being on feet all day or just trying to do too much. Still can’t put on jeans due to swelling so still rocking leggings but so far I like how flat my stomach is. I was able to try on a bralette set I had before surgery and I love how it looks after. No more panties rolling down bc of my pouch

The staff is so friendly and genuine. They also care about being on time. Dr. Wingate is not only warm but great at his work! Go for the amazing expertise but come back for the caring staff. I recommend him to all my friends!

I had to have a cosmetic surgery to fix damage done by a sinus surgery and Dr. Wingate was wonderful from start to finish He made me feel comfortable with the process and was always patient and kind with me. I also love the way the surgery turned out! He not only is a skilled professional but also an amazing person and Im so grateful that I had the experience with him that I did. His staff in the office is also always pleasant and very quick to get me back for my appointment.

Dr. Wingate was supportive, honest and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My major concern was that they would end up too large and not natural looking. He asked that I trust him and I did. They are absolutely perfect and match my body shape/size perfectly! My recovery was a non-event. I only took one Vicatin and that was the first night because I was worried that I wouldn’t sleep well (which I did). I am four days out and am not even taking Motrin or Tylenol. My incision sites are only about an inch long and hardly noticeable. I went to Dr. Wingate on a recommendation from a friend, and I’m so glad I did. I’d recommend him to anyone.
