Yes, it can be corrected...easily.From the photo, it looks like the spot is superficial...so a bonding filling could be used to make that spot vanish...The depth of the spot is key...if it turns out that it is indeed deeper with some decay in it, than it will need to be cleaned out, then a bonded filling could most likely still be used, as the affected area looks small.Happy smiling!Dr. Gary Chaffee
