I recently had the pleasure of undergoing a breast lift and implant replacement procedure with Dr. Garth Fisher, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I should also mention that I had a facelift with Dr. Fisher almost ten years ago, and the results are still outstanding - I continue to receive compliments on how great and youthful I look. Dr. Fisher's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for his patients are unparalleled. His attention to detail and dedication to achieving the most natural and aesthetically pleasing results were evident throughout my entire journey with both procedures. Dr. Fisher has been so kind, he has taken the time to listen to my concerns and goals and crafted personalized treatment plans that exceeded my expectations. The staff are just as incredible, they created a warm and supportive atmosphere from the moment I stepped inside the office. I especially love Bonnie, who made sure that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process, addressing any questions or concerns I had along the way no matter what time or day. The surgery itself was a smooth experience, and Dr. Fisher's skill and precision were evident in the beautiful results he achieved. My recovery was faster then I anticipated, and I experienced minimal discomfort, which I believe is a testament to Dr. Fisher's exceptional surgical technique and care. I am now several weeks post-op from my breast lift and implant replacement, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my new look. My breasts are symmetrical, perky, and look incredibly natural, just like we discussed pre surgery. Combined with the lasting results of my facelift, I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin than ever before, all thanks to Dr. Fisher's phenomenal work. If you are considering a breast lift, implant replacement, facelift, or any other cosmetic procedure, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Garth Fisher. His talent, compassion, and dedication to patient satisfaction are truly remarkable, and I feel incredibly grateful to have been under his care.
If anyone is unsure of whether they need a procedure done or whether it is the right time Dr Fisher is the doctor to be truthful with you. He has not performed a procedure on me but felt I would let people know my experience. A few years ago I met with Dr fisher about a possible procedure. He looked at my face and asked me what kind of friends I have. I said why. He said if your friends are not telling you that you are beautiful then you need new friends. He told me that I didn’t need anything and told his receptionist to give me my money back. He sent me on my way. I will never forget his words and him being honest. This is a doctor I would trust. Since then I have made many mistakes with other doctors more than willing to take my money. Now his words always come back to my mind. Wish I had taken his advice. Good man.
It’s a shame more of his patients don’t use this platform to talk about the incredible work he does. I had a mild case of tuberous breast deformity so Dr. Fisher suggested a lift (benelli) and implants to achieve the best look. I had the lift and had 265cc smooth implants inserted (dual plane). Recovery was very easy! Not only is Dr. Fisher a perfectionist, but he explained everything from A-Z in regards to my specific case and my concerns and questions. He made me feel very comfortable and cared for. His staff (especially Nurse Nicky and Bonnie) are incredibly attentive and kind, and were so happy for me! I now rave about Garth to everyone even considering this procedure. I was in the best hands with Dr. Fisher and his team! If you want natural, beautiful looking breasts and a doctor who knows exactly what to do without wasting your time, choose Dr. Fisher!
I went to Dr. Garth Fisher for breast revision and scar revision surgery after having two (2)negative experiences for breast lift/augmentation with another Los Angeles surgeon (same surgeon for initial surgery and revision surgery). I was really scared to go through this surgery again and really took time to research my options for the best possible surgeon that I could trust. It took three (3) years to thoroughly research plastic surgeons, reviews, nurses, industry professionals to feel comfortable moving forward with another revision surgery. Dr. Garth Fisher was recommended over and over again and I was told not to make any decisions until I met with him first! So happy I listened to that advice! I had narrowed my search to three (3) three top Plastic Surgeons in Beverly Hills for my breast and scar revision that all came with excellent references, highly regarded in their industry and endorsed by trusted friends in the entertainment industry. Honestly, I was hesitant to go to Dr. Fisher based on a perception that I would not be a high priority client for him, but decided to meet with him and hear what he recommended. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to assess me so quickly with a surgical plan that made me feel comfortable. His thoughtful words and expertise were so clear to me, that I knew in our first meeting he would be my surgeon. I am three weeks post-operation and although I am still healing and won't see full results for six (6) months to a year, I am thrilled with my results. My breasts look natural, and the right size for my body. The scar (revision) is healing well and looks more natural. My friends have also commented on how amazing my breasts much better than before and they are very discerning! He truly is an artist and I am so happy I made the decision to work with him! I can’t stress enough that I met with over ten (10) top/qualified plastic surgeons and narrowed my search to (3) excellent surgeons and Dr. Fisher was my #1 choice. He was compassionate, thoughtful and took great care of me. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Bonnie and Nurse Nicky were also wonderful to work with and really took time to answer my questions! You are in great hands with Dr. Fisher and his team! It will be the best decision you make about your body!
My entire experience with Dr. Fisher and his staff was wonderful. Dr. Fisher is a true artist and he made me look exactly like myself only 15 years ago. I had a full face and neck lift and had absolutely no pain. I didn't even need a Tylenol. His technique was so gentle that I had only one small bruise. I have been out socializing since day 4 and no one has noticed a thing except that I look happy and well rested. Dr. Fisher's wonderful office manager Bonnie was highly organized and made the process of having surgery on my own easy and fun. I live in the New York area and interviewed many of the top facial plastic surgeons in the city. However, after meeting Dr. Fisher and seeing his natural results I knew he was my surgeon. I wish I could post pictures but this has been top secret from friends and family.
I went to Dr. Fisher because, at the time, he was "the best of the best," doctor to the Kardashians, the "boob guy." I was actually rather young when I went for my first consultation with my mom. I was only 18 years old (year: 2010) and I wanted my boobs fixed because I was very self conscious of them; they were very uneven and small. I paid $500 for a consultation with Dr. Fisher that lasted maybe 5-8 minutes. I waited 3 months for the consultation appointment. His office itself is plush and high end and you will most certainly spend some time waiting in that waiting room. He was pretty stone faced during the consult. It basically included him taking a look, telling me to find a photo of what I wanted, and that I could book surgery with the financial/surgery planner. I decided against the surgery because of my age. 2 years later I was back at that office, this time by myself, and ready to book the surgery. I booked surgery for the following week so I did have a lot of ease in getting my surgery appointment. At the time it was Bonnie who handled booking the surgery and the finances. Bonnie really made up for the lack of connection with the doctor. Bonnie was super excited for me, answered a lot of my questions, and made me feel confident in my choice. Actual surgery: The surgery center where he operated on me was very nice. I was welcomed before surgery with cozy blankets and television in a dimmed, relaxing room. (year: 2012) I really liked that Dr. Fisher only worked with one anesthesiologist. I wish that I could remember the doctor's name but he was AMAZING. He was so nice and made me feel very comfortable about going under. Surgery lasted about 2 hours and when I woke up I did not have any pain, only slight discomfort. I never had pain during my recover and I did really well, I only felt like I did way too many push ups. Recovery and Follow Up: I was having trouble sleeping after the surgery so I called the office to ask for advice/medication to help me sleep. Dr. Fisher was very rushed on the phone but I do know he is a busy man. Follow up appointments followed a similar script as the consult; short and cold. I did not experience as long of a wait when I attended my follow ups. Dr. Fisher is adamant about massaging during recovery and I believe this did contribute to my stellar results because I followed these instructions adamantly. Overall: I do believe that Dr. Fisher is a talented and capable surgeon but I believe he either operates with poor bedside manner, is not as passionate about the job, or is simply overworked. Dr. Fisher achieved D-level fame from his work and relationships so it is possible he just had many distractions. I am extremely happy with my results and I have sent friends to have surgery with him. I will say, I did appreciate that the office staff respected my referrals and loyalty and always got my friends in as a priority. One of my friend's is not as happy with her results from him, and a friend of a friend is very unhappy with the results. Both of those procedures occurred a few years after my procedure so I am not sure what has changed. I achieved exactly what I wanted in my procedure - natural, even breasts. I do still have a difference in breast shape which he DID warn me about; he was very clear that he could change the size but not the shape with the procedure. To achieve a natural look, there is only so much to do with any shaping. My breasts look great and fit my body perfectly. If you are looking for a doctor who you can have open conversation with, who has great bedside manner, and isn't rushed, then you are probably in the wrong place. I will give him 4 stars because, while a major component to some people, the only thing that I was truly not happy with was his attitude, which seemingly did not change my physical results.
I hated the dangling flaps since I first noticed them during puberty. I've been wanting this procedure done for years. I had a Breast lift with implants with Dr. Fisher, and added on the labiaplasty too. I'm really happy with my results so far and am happy I chose Dr. Fisher. He's the best there is. Updated on 25 Apr 2016: Updated on 25 Apr 2016: Very swollen, but looking clean. Updated on 25 Apr 2016: Looking more gross. Updated on 25 Apr 2016: Not much change Updated on 25 Apr 2016: Looking a lot better, most of the sutures have disolved, still being careful not to split the wounds. Updated on 25 Apr 2016: Coconut oil!! I alternated between coconut oil and neosporin, and found that coconut oil is much better--it reduces swelling, allows the wounds to heal, smells lovely, and is soothing and lubricated so it doesn't hurt at all. I swear by the stuff. I iced for the first 11 days. Now I'm on day 19 and it's looking good. I'll take a photo later and post it. Updated on 25 Apr 2016: swelling is uneven still, but all the pain and discomfort are gone.
I went to Dr. Fisher because I couldn't figure out who to go to--online reviews can be all over the place, so I went with his reputation. I'm very happy I did. He is friendly, down to earth, kind, and most importantly, good at what he does. He listened to my desires and met my expectations perfectly.
I was someone who had never really thought much about Plastic Surgery... until I had 2 kids, deflated boobs, a fat ledge around my stomach and labia that I noticed for the first time seemed to be hanging down a bit.. I asked some of my friends why they didn't need to wear a bra under their dress or how they managed to pull off a bikini with a flat stomach after kids and soon found out how many people around me had had plastic surgery. I could not believe it. I was shocked. My husband said he would support my decision if I wanted to change anything so, I decided to do it. Breast Aug (from b cup to c), mini tummy tuck because it was just for an isolated "panel" of fat, a little thigh lipo and labia reduction. I did it all at once. I figured this was my one shot. I did not research doctors - I went to Dr.Fisher because so many people had great results with him. I am still shocked that I went through with it. I am 1 week post op and here is my honest opinion. The breast augmentation/lift is no big deal, easy recovery, minimal pain, labia reduction (no pain -it's very simple procedure, barely noticed it), lipo is uncomfortable because you have to wear tight compression garments 24/7 with just a hole to pee out of and my legs are completely bruised and where the lipo rod went in it is sore with a few stitches but.... the biggest part of all this, by far is the mini tummy tuck. That is what has been miserable for me. I will be surprised if it's worth it in the end for the ttuck. It was something I threw in at the end.. a... "why not do it?". I didn't have my belly button messed with or muscle repair so I have to think it's much easier than a full tummy tuck but because of it you have to walk hunched over for 10 days which really strains your back, you have to sleep sitting up, you have a double compression garment that's very uncomfortable and a drain. You cannot shower until the drain comes out which for me was today Day 8!!! For me the drain really sucked. It hurt more than anything else. I felt like I had a burning hole, like I had been shot and it stayed in until yesterday when thank god they removed it (which also hurt). I think doing it all at once just made it really hard to be mobile at all. I stayed in a really amazing recovery center in a nice hotel with nurses that check on you every 20 minutes, with great food etc... but I was completely dependant on them, vicodin and demerol at night... I stayed for 3 nights but ideally I should have stayed for 5 because it was really hard to get comfortable at home especially with 2 young kids running around. It took me until day 5 until I could even really make myself a cup of coffee or toast...I could walk around the recovery center a bit or at home but My husband still had to help me sit up from reclining position by pulling my shoulders forward and lift my legs into bed because you can't really use your stomach muscles or your arm muscles so you feel pretty helpless. I don't know the outcome yet because naked it looks like I've been hit by a truck and because of retained fluids I am about 10 lbs heavier but I will check back in in a week or so......I am hopeful though because of what I've seen from others...
Within a few days (3) I was able to see the results, and they were very natural, and better than I could have imagined, I was thrilled. The only thing that disappointed me was that when I went home, I had to get my second set of stitches out, and I wished that it had been coordinated by his office so that the person seeing me to remove them knew exactly what to do. Although the results were flawless, I felt that more communication 2 weeks after the surgery would have been optimal. Still, I'm very pleased, and would recommend. I think that if I were to do it again, I would have stayed in California for my second post-op appointment, so that I didn't have the additional stress of wondering if the stitches were removed properly etc.
