Dr Kassabian is not only a wonderful person but he is an amazing plastic surgeon. He has treated me and my friends with facial injections with remarkable results Additionally, at 70 years of age he performed a complete face and neck lift. I’m thrilled with the results after only 2 weeks post surgery As a former model kepping my youthful appearance without haveing that what have you done looks was of paramount importance. Dr Kassabian met my expectations
I had my nose job done last month over at liftmd. What an experience. I worried at the beginning because they were pampering me very well - however, the office staff were amazing, and the doctor took his time to talk me thru every question I had. Surgery went great - and I couldn't have been happier.
Dr. Garo Kassabian and the Lift MD Aesthetics staff are the BEST! Dr. K is not only an artist (I am already thrilled with the results and ease of recovery) but is the most caring, compassionate dr. One could hope to find. They truly go far above and beyond to not only make you as comfortable as possible but to ensure you are thoroughly informed and educated. They take the extra time and effort; it's evident dr. Kassabian and his amazing staff truly care about their patients. I am extremely grateful and would never trust anyone else ( have had wonderful natural looking and precise results from Botox, juvederm, breast augmentation, liposuction of thighs, knees, arms, back and abdomen with fat transfer to buttocks and facial areas. Already beautiful, very natural I results. I couldn't be happier and truly feel both dr. Kassabian and his team set forth a standard of skill, ethics, care, bedside manner, and professionalism to which others in the field should strive. Can't say enough great things about them in every aspect experienced Nothing but beautiful outcomes. If you are considering injectibles with a natural- looking result, cosmetic surgery (or aesthetic treatments such as facials) I HIGHLY recommend dr Kassabian and Lift MD. Definitely 100% trustworthy and exceptionally talented. Love the Lift MD products and vitamins as well. Thank you so much dr. K and the staff at Lift Md. Updated on 11 Apr 2014:
I have been going to Dr. Garo Kassabian at Lift Md Aesthetics for the last few years to keep my skin looking youthful and glowing. His staff is friendly and approachable and he is one of the nicest doctors that I have ever met. He treats all of his patients like celebrities. I never considered cosmetic surgery, but after years of working out, I couldn't get rid of trouble spots and it was really affecting my self esteem. His work is so natural that no one in my own family knows that I had anything done. I had minimal downtime and was back to work after the weekend. My healing has been quick and painless and I finally have the body that I always wanted.
Why I chose this doctor: I did my homework. He has over 10 years of experience and extensive educational background. I don't want to be anyone's guinea pig. He was dual board certified in both general and cosmetic surgery. This means that if there are complications, he is capable of handling it himself instead of sending me to ER. Kind of a big deal. His work is natural looking. After seeing many different doctors' websites of before and after images, I realized how important it was to find someone that could deliver NATURAL results. He offered natural alternatives for healing. Instead of forcing a lot of prescriptions on me, he offered alternatives like vitamin supplements both before and after the surgery to encourage healthy healing. His staff was cool. I have never had any kind of cosmetic surgery before so I had a lot of questions and they took their time to make sure that I was comfortable with the procedure and had the information that I needed. He is extremely talented. I have had several friends both in the industry and outside of the industry have procedures done by him. He works with high profile clients that have careers that demand their physical perfection so he has the highest standard of perfection. When I heard that he had done some of the playmates, I figured this was the guy that would know how to do a breast augmentation. Just saying. He genuinely cares about his patients. He spent time with me on the day of the surgery to go through the process again and review my post procedure checklist so I was at ease and knew what to expect over the next couple of weeks. He checked on my progress PERSONALLY. He even worked directly with my personal trainer and pilates instructor to make sure that I was entering my workout routine safely. I was not passed off to a nurse once the bill was paid. He continued to take care of me through all of the visits. The final result? My breasts are natural looking and look more proportionate in a bikini or clothes. Like I would say to anyone...do your own homework. But I would definitely take the time to meet with him. I could not be happier.
My husband said I should take care of the "pouch" and although I thought that was very sweet I just blew it off figuring I could get rid of it with exercise, proper nutrition. Nope. Didn't matter how thin I was it was always there. I used to have a stomach that was flat. I gained 30 lbs lost it and there it was my new friend. I just want a flat stomach. I have a great shape just extra skin and some fat, my expectation is flat stomach and that my belly button is where it should be. I have already learned so much reading through everyone's posts. I know what to expect, some things i am not looking forward too, but I feel more prepare caving found all of you. I will post pictures if me before soon. Thank you, D Updated on 24 Jan 2013: I went to another consult this morning and this PS doesn't think I need a TT. He wants to do lipo on my stomach, hips, inner and outer thighs and the sides of my breast and then do laser lipo on my tummy to tighten it up. Oh, and he is going to harvest the fat and put it in my BUTT!!!! I have a flat butt and have always wanted a real one. I like that the down time is not as intense and the surgery isn't as invasive. I wondered why the other PS thought I needed TT with MR and some hip lipo. I've never had children so I don't have the same issues this can bring. My stomachs muscles are fit, I have been practicing Pilates for 10 years. I am happy I decided to see another PS. It seemed so fast. The other PS was ready for surgery immediately. I have seen three total or consults and two of the three said lipo, so I'm going with the lipo. I guess I'll have to change boards :( We haven't set the date yet but as soon as we do I'll let y'all know! Thanks everyone! Updated on 27 Jan 2013: Procedure is set for 1/31/13. Changed PS at lasting the. Much happier with Dr. K. Two of the three PS I had consults with said lipo so lipo it is. Stomach, Braine, hips, flanks (he does a full 360 so I feel in going to be flipped around that table like a rag doll! In addition to this he will do additional laser lipo to tighten my tummy and take the removed fat and place it in my rear end. Yay! I have started taking Bromelaine and Arnica Montana 1500mg daily to cut the bruising and swelling. Hopefully this works. I am being taken to a OS rehab center after surgery for one night, possibly two dependent on how in doing. This is a requirement if my PS. The PS who was going to do the TT is scheduled didn't even mention this as an option. I was surprised the PS wanted to do a TT as I have never had children, stomach muscles hard as a rock and no extra skin from large weight loss. I am so happy I took my consultants advice and saw one more doc. If anyone has suggestions and experiences they can share I will be very thankful. Denise Updated on 30 Jan 2013: It's the night before my surgery, just got in to bed. Feeling a little anxious. The anesthesiologist called me tonight to introduce himself, ask some questions, etc. I thought that was great. My internist called too. My PS called twice. Also, the after care place, Serenity, called. I am in great hands and obviously have a great team so I just need to chill. This time tomorrow I will be in luxurious surroundings, taken care of by wonderful nurses. I wish it were this time tomorrow. Going o read for a minute then try and sleep a few hours. Until tomorrow, Denise Updated on 4 Feb 2013: Post op day 4. Feeling okay. Not so hungry yet, bruised of course. Had lipo on inner/outer thighs, flanks, hips, bra line and around breasts also had laser lipo on stomach and to round it all out...fat injections into my flat butt. I think the most pain comes from the butt injections I stayed 2 days in aftercare, thank goodness. If I had gone home I would ave been miserable. I'm lucky my doctor doesn't use drains so I don't have to deal that. I have able to reduce my pain meds by half. I love my PS. He has called me everyday since my surgery, I like that I wasn't just another surgery. I am seeing him tomorrow for first post op,I will have him send me all photos to date. I am walking outside every two hours for about 15 minutes, don't want to overdue it. It would be easy to do so as my husband doesn't exactly keep house like I do. Drives me crazy. I can't live on yogurt, fat free pudding, applesauce, jello and oatmeal. Anyone have any inspired food suggestions? I'm going to take my first shower with no professional assistance. Not looking forward to it, I am but I'm not. I changed PS a week before surgery. My PS name is Garo Kassabian and he in on Bedford in Beverly Hills. I am so looking forward to the results although I won't see for awhile. I am also hopeful I stay as healthy with no recovery issues. See you soon, D
Friendly doctor. I will be getting my rhinoplasty here as soon as possible. I got a free consultation and was not pressured into purchasing anything. His staff is wonderful. They really know how to make you feel welcome. I trust that this doctor will do an amazing job on my nose once the time comes.
Since your masseter muscles are very strong, have you tried Botox injection in the masseter muscles?this may slim your jawline and give you more of the V-shape you're looking for.
First of all, congratulations on losing the weight. I do understand your concern and it is one that is shared with many of my patients that have lost a significant amount of weight. While there are many procedures to aid in the loose skin after weight loss, there are options out there for you to explore. One popular treatment is Ultherapy, a non-invasive FDA approved procedure to lift skin on theneck, under the chin and on the eyebrow. Ultherapy uses ultrasound and the body’s own healing process to lift and tighten loose skin. This has been successful on it's own or in combination with mini procedures for those who want more dramatic results. I think this could be a good option to consider. Most importantly, talk to a board certified plastic surgeon and have a consultation to find out what is best for YOU.
You can not legally buy Botox from a pharmacy, and why would you want to? The administration of Botox requires extensive knowledge of facial anatomy that you can only receive through professional training and ample experience. As there are risks and complications with any procedure, when it comes to your face you want to be especially careful. As an Expert Injector and double Board-Certified Plastic surgeon, I would highly recommend you never attempt to inject Botox on your own. I suggest you make an appointment with an Expert Injector. ExpertInjectors™ are board-certified plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, dermatologists or oculoplastic surgeons, who have demonstrated extreme due diligence in regards to patient safety, reliable results and consumer education. An Expert Injector will only administer products that are FDA approved for aesthetic use.
