G. William Arnett, DDS (retired)

AMAZING!!! Words cannot express how much I love Dr Arnett and Dr Gunson. Dr A is now mostly retired but he did my original surgery (le fort 3 piece, mandibular osteotomy, genioplasty) in 2012, since there the incredible Dr Gunson has taken care of several complex follow-up surgeries I needed. (Mine was a tricky case with bad long face syndrome and some weird orthodontic corrections done previously). Words can’t really do justice to my feelings about everyone at this practice. They are kind and attentive and 100% consummate professionals and constantly go above and beyond for patients. Dr Gunson has been a rock for me and for so many other patients I’ve come to know through this experience. I consulted with cheaper options but honeslty they didn’t compare to the care and consideration you receive at this practice. The skill level is arguable the best in the world. There’s a reason people come from overseas just to consult at Arnett -Gunson. I had felt horrible my whole life with my gummy smile and asymmetrical really long face and open bite. Now I look way more normal and can breathe through my nose. I have cheekbones! My eyes look more awake! I feel so much more awake and energized now I’m getting way more air through my airway! So worth it!!!! Aftercare is INCREDIBLE here. I was really swollen for the first two weeks. The rest of the more subtle swelling took months to go but no one else could really tell. I got all the sensation back in my face too! Updated on 6 Oct 2018: Before and after pics. a few more photos for anyone who is curious!
