I was recommended Dr ?zer by a family member who was extremely happy with their results and can honestly say I couldn't be happier with my choice either. From the first consultation to post op the team are there to reasure you and put you at ease and answer any questions you may have and Dr ?zer was very informative and understanding in what I wanted as an outcome from the surgry both visually and internally due to health. When I had landed in Istanbul the team went above and beyond call of duty to ensure I had the best experience with the best possible outcome. I was also advised on other aspects of my health which came up when pre op tests were carried out which showed me that first priority was my health above all which gave me an even bigger sense of security. Post surgery I was in no pain at all and recovered quicker than expected as aftercare were extremely attentive and made sure everything was ok and well before I was given the all clear to fly back. I genuinely can't thank Dr ?zer and his team enough for everything they have done I'm so happy with the results of my surgery.

Ich kann Dr. Furkan Özer nicht genug danken. Aufgrund einer missglückten Nasenkorrektur bei einem anderen Arzt war ich bereits während meiner Recherche nach Ärzten sehr skeptisch, da ich nicht nochmal den „Fehler" machen wollte und diesmal in meiner Entscheidung zu 100% sicher sein wollte. Ich schrieb einige Ärzte an, aber keiner war so emphatisch und strahlte so viel Ruhe aus wie er. Die meisten Ärzte sagten, dass aufgrund meiner Hautdicke kein wirklicher Unterschied zu sehen sein werde. Doch, Dr. Furkan Özer ist sich seines Könnens bewusst und wirklich sehr kompetent. Keiner konnte mir das Gefühl geben, wieder zuversichtlich sein zu können. Bei ihm hatte ich sofort ein gutes Gefühl. Sowohl fachlich als auch menschlich ist er der beste Arzt! Ich empfehle, falls ihr aus dem Ausland wie ich seid, ein Videogespräch. Da ich mehr oder weniger nur deutsch spreche, gab es eine Sprachbarriere, aber auch da gab es Abhilfe, indem der Arzt jemanden telefonisch zuschaltete. Die beiden Assistenten sind wirklich immer verfügbar und so zuverlässlig, egal bei welcher Angelegenheit. Es lief alles Reibungslos ab, so wie man es sich erhofft.

I'm 7 weeks post revision septorhinoplasty and so far incredibly happy with my results. Dr Furkan is an incredibly skilled doctor in his field of work. Being a ENT specialist he ensures not only the nose looks aesthetically great but also the function is at its optimum. What he offers is a truly individual result that is based on what is right for the patient, rather than the same style of nose for everyone. My initial recovery was absolutely pain free with minimal swelling and bruising, after discharge i didnt even take any of the pain medicine. The whole process was smooth, his assistant Merdan is who took care of everything and he is just the loveliest person, always just a text away to answer any question. I really appreciate all his support and kindness towards me and my family. The Hospital was state of the art with a beautiful ensuite, and an additional sofa bed. I was well taken care of throughout my stay at the hospital, with nurses checking in on me frequently. My cast was removed at Dr Furkans office, which was stunning with breathtaking views. My outcome far surpassed my expectations, not only was I happy with my nose aesthetically but my breathing has never been better! I'm so grateful I choose Dr Furkan. I'd also like to add that during my initial research I also reached out to previous patients and they had nothing but positive feedback.

Auf Herrn Dr. Furkan Özer bin ich durch eine Verwandte aufmerksam geworden, weil ihre Nase bewundernswert geworden ist. Unverzüglich kontaktierte ich ihn auch und bekam einen Termin. Der gesamte Prozess lief unglaublich reibungslos und (fast) schmerzfrei ab. Sein Personal und er selbst waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Vor dem Operationsdatum haben wir zusammen meine Wünsche besprochen und Fragen sowie Unklarheiten vorab geklärt. Durch seine ruhige und kompetente Art konnte er mir meine Ängste und Bedenken nehmen. Am Operationstag lief jeder Schritt nach Plan ab und die Tage danach konnte ich mich sehr gut erholen. Zudem möchte ich auch ergänzen, dass er jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und für Fragen offen war. Dies erleichterte mir den Heilungsprozess. Alles in allem kann ich sagen, dass ich überaus glücklich und froh darüber bin, diesen Schritt gewagt zu haben. Mit reinstem Gewissen kann ich Dr. Furkan Özer weiterempfehlen!
