I went to a consultation here but I got a weird vibe and I don't think this doctor is board certified so I went with a verified doctor. It seemed like they were all business not very pleasant and didn't make me feel assured

I’m a patient who was initially excited about my transformation however after healing .... I noticed irregularities. Particularly one side of my buttocks was significantly more fuller than the other. Even others noticed I wanna say this hurt me. I felt the overall job was good, mostly due to the skill of the doctor and of course my excellent follow up care. However, unfortunately the staff at BGMG didn’t seem to be willing to help me achieve he asymmetry I was striving for. After speaking with the doctor I was sadden by how he seemingly brushed off my unhappiness. He did suggest sculptra a (new body filler) to even out and fill up the other side of my buttocks, however to do it - the cost was $6,000 the price I originally paid for my surgery. Now I am so hurt I could cry.... I love my doctor, but this really hurts me! It’s awful the staff makes my feel guilty for complaining. They ignores me and never return my calls....I feel like they just don’t CARE. I had a few raised scars from the surgery that required injections to reduce the keloid scars that began to form which in my opinion I felt should have been complimentary but I was asked to drop $500 for my scar injections. I just don’t know, I hope I’m not expecting too much but a happy customer brings more customers in the long run. I am a walking billboard for my surgeon why wouldn’t he want to get it right.
