Fillers in the under-eye area can mask the curved "groove" that runs from the inner corner of your eye down towards your cheek (known as the "tear trough"). However, Juvederm is not the best choice for this procedure; I use Restylane. First, a specialist needs to evaluate you to make sure that your specific problem is one that can be treated with adding a filler, or if another intervention is needed. I would suggest visiting an oculoplastics specialist or plastic surgeon who is very experienced with under-eye injections, because injections in this area of the face are very easy to over-do, giving you a puffy eyed appearance which is worse than what you have now.
