He is kind, considerate, an expert on botox. I can hardly see where he injected it. I have had it done in cleveland, Ohio. A Couple places where it bled and took several days to heal. I would with out hesitation recommend Dr. Aguilar. Thank you for a superb job. Can't wait to come back Elaine j.

Dr. Aguilar is excellent at providing Botox injections. He is professional, caring and truly interested in the results meeting his patient’s satisfaction. The entire staff at HPRS is friendly and courteous.

Dr. Aguilar is just amazing. Kind and extremely professional, and the treatment was done very gently and rapidly. I also had some filler injectables, very quick and virtually painless—without the ice packs or numbing cream! I’ve had treatments done all over the world and he’s the very best. And as an added bonus, very reasonably priced—though that should never be one’s first concern.

I used to have my botox done by a dermatologist. Not any more! Having it done with Doctor Aguilar gives me the peace of mind that a Certified plastic surgeon is doing what he knows best: giving my face a natural look while doing it in a safe manner. His office and front desk employees are very nice and helpful.

Dr. Aguilar is a very nice gentleman as well as a great doctor. The staff are always pleasant and they always are on schedule. On an occasion that I was running late due to traffic they were very understanding.

Fred Aguilar is the best. He has been my go-to cosmetic consultant and dr for more than 3 years now. You will love him and his work. A consummate professional! He was recommended to me by someone in the cosmetic surgery profession and he never disappoints. Takes lots of time to listen to what you wish to achieve and realistically gets you there.

I think Dr. Aguilar did a wonderful job on my liposuction and nose job. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have some work done!! I am a full time mother of three and a part-time teacher who needed a quick recovery. I was back to work the next week. Which was very helpful! I am very happy with the way I look.

I've had breast implants for 18 yrs now & am getting them redone this week w/ the new "gummy bear" implants. I'm also having a 2nd lower blepharoplasty done as well (9 yrs after one that turned out great & life changing in a VERY positive way but aging & heredity is not on my eyes side & effecting my confidence majorly. Although I should know what to expect, I'm very nervous! My implants were done in 1996 & saline, probably 325-340 cc in one & 360-370 cc in other. No issues really. I'm thinking 475 or 500 cc this time since I'm 30 lbs heavier than I was back then in 1996. My dr recommends the gummies & we are going in front if muscle again. He does have scar tissue to break up at the top of each breast. It's hard to tell anyone or make my husband or mom understand plastic surgery needs so this site has been great lately! Dr. Aguilar placed my chin implant too high not once, but twice. Though he offered to waive his surgery fee for the 2nd surgery, I was still charged $925 operating room fee, though it was only needed to fix his mistake. So I had to pay $925 for his mistake. His partner, Clayton Molivar is clearly only out for $. Stay far away from HPRS. Unethical. Zero stars.
