I had a scary experience
First of all I would like to say my experience with Dr. Winski was approx. 10 years ago. So in all fairness it may have changed. I went in for a simple laser treatment for some broken capillaries around my nose and on my face. I had done it previously with a very good Dr. in NJ but had moved and so found Dr. Winski's office. At the time he did not own the laser machine but had someone come in with their machine to perform the procedure. I was naive and didn't realize there were
