You have a square chin (it's a masculine chin). To make it thinner, elongated and feminine you need fillers (dense ones, like Voluma or Radiesse). Botox (responsible for muscle paralysis) is useless in this case.
I always recommend lymphatic drainage! It reduces edema, pain and recovery time. As I usually do not use drain in tummy tuck I recommend starting with 2 days postoperative.
