Hi realselfies. Im beginning my review of Dr. Castro today, 8 weeks pre-op. So far the communication with him and his staff has been good. I'm scheduled to have liposculpture with a fat transfer to the butt. I chose Dr. Castro not only because he has all the certifications that you should look for in a plastic surgeon, but is also personable, honest, and seems to give "natural" looking results for a reasonable price. I'm on the final count down till my surgery. I'm going with a coworker and her friend. I'm having liposuction of my legs, arms,stomach, and back, breast lift with implants, and a little shaping of my butt. I've done a ton of research and read ton of reviews here on RS. The one thing Ive found difficult is a recovery house. But I found a nice hotel that seems to be able to fit our needs but we shall see. I'll post before pics tomorrow.
