Its too early to have another session of hair removal laser after 7 days. The best time to have the next session at 3 to 4 weeks.

Is it okay to schedule laser sessions 7 days apart in the beginning because of my extremely thick growth which starts bleeding?

You basically need volume redistribution. You need more volume on your cheeks, that can be achieved with either cheek fillers or face fat grafting.
