Dr. Lateef has been by dermatologist for 11 years and he is always very calm and thorough. I started doing cosmetic procedures with him this year and I'm very happy with the results of my Voluma cheek filler. It gave me a nice lift and he balanced out my asymmetry.

Per your pictures, there are treatments that can reduce the fat and tightening the skin, to provide you a more contoured look. Have you looked into Contoura? The Body Fx hand piece of the Contoura will help reduce 30% of body fat using radiofrequency. The Body Plus from Contoura will help tightening the skin and provide a more hour glass shape. These are weekly treatments of 6-8 sessions with no downtime.
It is not advisable to use glycolic acid or any other type of exfoliating products right after a microneedling procedure as it can cause additional dryness and irritiation. Apply suncreen with a minimum SPF 30 and use a gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser before bed if you were not given a post-procedure kit to use at home. You may restart using your exfoliating products as usual one week after the procedure. All the best, Dr. Lateef
Since allergic reactions to Botox are rare, it is most likely that you have developed a contact dermatitis to topical anesthetic, pre-procedure cleansing solution, etc. The best way to find out is to see a board certified dermatologist and get a patch test done that will determine exactly what you are allergic to. As always, if the rash worsens seek immediate medical care. Best of luck to you, Dr. Lateef
Bruising and swelling are the most common temporary side effects of filler injections. Both bruising and swelling typically improve within 2 weeks. You could use ice application and take Arnica supplements to speed up the process. If your swelling has not improved by your 2 week follow up, your injector may consider using hyluronidase to reverse the overcorrection by neutralizing the filler. This is one of the advantages of using hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm. Good Luck! -Orlando Dermatology
