I am just over 6 weeks post op from an FDL & Arm Lift. I wont say recovery is easy, as it is most definitely not. Actual pain has been minimal from the start, but the compression garments are the single worse thing about the whole process, very tight, very uncomfortable, but very necessary. Then you get the sharp pains of the nerves all knitting back together :) ......... Esra did remove a record breaking 8.3kg from me, so i expected healing to be long ......... is it worth
