Overall: results are amazing I already had a good curvy shape and natural booty.. I didn’t have to much fat to work with but he was able to have it turn out like a peach, I literally have no stomach. I liked everything I researched on Dr. D & everyone who has seen my results agree he has done a good job. I chose him also because I wanted not to be just another body on his table, I wanted him to take his time with his work on me. Pre-Op: very impersonal.. I flew to miami and landed on no sleep went straight to my pre-op with my mother who is a Dr. Who came with me to over see my after care.. she wanted further information on post op instructions from the Dr. But As soon as I entered the office the staff was not welcoming they made my mother (Dr. ) leave and instructed me into a waiting room with maybe 10 other girls. They gave me an exact appointment time so I thought I’d be seeing the dr soon. After 2 hours more girls start to come in to where it’s no where to even sit girls were complaining about how long they had been there but I had been there the longest !! Then I realized that 10+ girls are getting surgery tomorrow all in one day! i couldn’t believe it it was like a slaughterhouse.. like we were cattle. After maybe 3 hours the staff comes to tell the rest of us waiting that the dr went into a surgery and that we can wait or come in to our surgery earlier to speak with him. Staff was not warm or kind acted annoyed answered questions like they were better and very generally.. coordinator’s had poor response time. Surgery: day of surgery I came in scheduled with maybe 3 other girls waiting.. I was disappointed because it was already 3 pm and yesterday it took forever!! but after 30 mins they called me back for my pictures and FINALLY I met DR. D he was so kind and listened to what I wanted 30 mins later I was in the operating room. Dr. D held my hand and did comfort me while anesthesia was being administered. Post Op: I woke up on my back!? i was instantly in pain the recovery nurses are not kind and only goal is to get you home asap I was very nauseous after and they literally took forever to take care of you. Next day I was scheduled for my post op appointment I was not in good shape to make it in.. I couldn’t even walk.. it was Friday so they were closed for the whole weekend.. i ended up having to come in Monday, Monday I was in better shape when I came in the wait time again? The waiting room is not equipped with a place for you to wait because your not supposed to sit on your butt after a BBL, (DUH) so I waited outside in the lobby for almost an hr started not feeling to good then finally get to see someone who was not the dr for only 5 mins all to say i look fine. So if your looking for just the results Dr. D is bomb but his staff and wait times are a headache! I wish it was a little more personal and professional but the Dr. Cant take care of what his staff is lacking on his job is to do surgeries and that is what he’s doing, I would try again in a round 2 maybe in a couple years. Thank you Dr D!

I had a tummy tuck 2 years ago, and wasn’t quite satisfied with results, so I decided to get lipo 360 and BBL. I wanted a little more curve because after the tummy tuck I looked so flat and straight. It’s been a week in a half and I’m already loving my new body. The best investment for myself. Updated on 26 Apr 2021: I look and feel great. I’m still soar and have swelling but everything is healing smoothly. I love my shape and how natural my butt looks. This is yesterday, taking family portraits! I hope this helps you all who are thinking about this surgery, but scared or skeptical on doctors. I’m here fir questions if you need to know something. I also had a tummy tuck 3 years ago, so I been through enough to help answer questions.

I had surgery 3 days ago in aventura location , AMAZING THEM . Loved my results dr.d is the best , I went to 3 other clinics and nothing compares to the prices and results of 305 plastic surgery! I recommend this place 100%

I was booked thru 305 plastic surgery with another doctor, my doctor couldn't perfom the surgery on the date -by the way they tell me that 3 days prior my surgery date- (and I came out of the state), so they give me the option to go with this doctor. Overall his profile on the instragram looks great, good performance. I asked for a Tummy tuck and breast augmentation , so I'm going to explain pros and cons: BREAST AUGMENTATION: In the pre-op appointment I was very clear I wanted big boobs (550cc per side). He agreed and even told me he thought it would be the right size for me. When I woke up I feel them too small, too light. I know something was wrong but I was under anestesia and I just wanted to go home. When I arrived home we were looking EVERYWHERE between my belongings to see how many CC I had. 4 hours later and a lot of research between my things I discovered he put on me 365CC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE IN THE CLINIC MENTION ABOUT THE CHANGE ON THE SIZE! I asked them what was going on and they I've been giving me awful explanations about my body composition.THEY ARE WAY TOO SMALL!!!!!!!!!!! they look bad on me. I just hate them how they look. I paid a bunch of money for nothing! I have to save money again because he refuses to fix his mistake. Tummy tuck: Overall is a great tummy tuck. The scar is not clean though. Both edges of my scar are uneven, one of them has a bump(no is not going to disappear, he did bad the stitches there), the other side looks like he should tuck a little bit more because I have a little of skin extra there. Overall looks good I mean as long as I don't show my scar it will be alright. His costumer service is great, he is warm and charm. I can't say anything about it. I don't recommend him to do breast augmentation at all because he change randomly your size without notice. You have to find out about it. Not worth it at all.

The doctor was very good; a nice, pleasant man. I would never go back to that office, though, because of the front desk staff. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism. Very, very rude receptionist! Then when I arrived, the doctor was in the same area, and what do you know, the same girl who was shockingly rude and disrespectful to me on the phone was sitting there with a sweet smile on her face, pleasant as can be. Dr. DiGeronimo probably has no idea how incredibly rude his staff is (at least the one girl I encountered) when his back is turned.

Horrible. I trusted this doctor only because I received his card perhaps accidentally at my primary care doctors office. I had upper & lower eyelid lifts. I had really no need for the lower lids. Some wrinkles when tired. The result 2 1/2 months out; one lid larger than the other. One lid with no scar, the other with a lumpy, bumpy, visible scar & puffy bulges horizontally on my cheek bones. I’ve had professional consultations & multiple errors have been identified on both eyes & cheeks. I do not trust him enough to let him try to fix it. His office refused to mail me or send via pdf all the paperwork & had me come in early in the morning. While I was being injected with an undisclosed substance & became immediately dizzy & disoriented, I initialed several pages I was not given the opportunity to read. Following the procedure I was told to ice and return in 5 days to have stitches removed. There were no written aftercare instructions. I found out later, he allegedly attended a Mexican medical school, a residency at Jackson hospital in surgery and is not board certified. I spent over 5k on eyes, Botox, filler. Very disappointed. Had I not received his card from someone I trust (borrowed integrity) I would have done my homework and never gone to him. I hope this helps someone.

I'm worried I might need revision surgery and would like opinions. Why is one higher than the other. It's not super obvious but in pictures it is.. cleavage looks imbalanced to me and too far apart.. I was basically AA before the boobs so I'm def happy I have [RS bleep] but not 100% pleased.. Could fat be injected around implants to make them look closer together at cleavage? Updated on 13 Sep 2016: My right boob definitely dropped nicely. I love me new boobs from dr Geronimo. He did wonderful job. Updated on 6 Nov 2017: after lot of consideration I've decided to revise the implants. They arent perfect and I want perfect. They are too spaced apart in the middle of my chest and the implants r firm. I have saline and want to change to silicone. I Don't have the cleavage I've always dreamt of bc they're too spaced apart. I am now researching doctors here in South Florida. Hope to revise this upcoming summer. Will post pictures soon and keep everyone updated.

Sorry for my typos in the above! On top of this, my vision is destroyed too! The filler is pushing on my tear ducts!
