My practice has discontinued use of Trusculpt as we were not satisfied with the results that we were seeing in our patient even with multiple treatments. We were going to 45 degrees in almost all areas and we were strict with patient selection. The cost/benefit for the patient was simply not there in our opinion but perhaps other practices are having better success. This was an expensive treatment that, in our opinion, did not meet our or our patient's expectations.
