Ercan Demiray, MD - Account Suspended

I have nothing but only good things to say about doctor Ercan and his team, especially my interpreter and assistant Irem and the lovely lady Umut who helped me to organise everything. I went for a Vaser liposuction and I have researched many clinics before. Firstly, I was having communication with the team via WhatsApp to get some more information. Umut has always answered my questions honestly and quickly. It was a brilliant service! She is amazing! Then my first consultation with doctor Demiray was via video call and he also gave me an honest advise and he was very straight forward and on point and then I flew from London to have my lipo. In Istanbul, another amazing person - the interpreter Irem was there always helping me with appointments, medications, transport, pcr tests etc. Everything was organised and ready for us. The team was awesome and the hospital itself very nice, modern and clean. The staff polite and helpful. I’m very happy with my results so far. I got all the post op advise from the doctor I needed and I feel confident in my new body, I would highly recommend doctor Ercan Demiray and his lovely team as it was one of the best I ever had experience with (and it was my third plastic/aesthetic surgery). Dr Demiray took the time to explain whatever needed, surgery was to be expected but the aftercare was there. Hospital was immaculate! Post op he was very kind to me in my last clinic appointment and that made a huge difference. I am 7 days post op and i am already healing quick and look smaller which i didn't expect so soon!

I was very pleased with my doctor. Explained every step along the way, took time to answer my questions in terminology I could understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs ! I've wanted to get my Vaser Lipo for a while now after doing very intensive research I found Dr. Demiray. He is a highly skilled surgeon. Through the consultation, the surgical procedure and the follow-up care he was extremely professional and accurate. Dr. Demiray was absolutely amazing and he and his staff exceeded my expectations. My goal was to shape up my waist, and I am really happy with the results. It’s exactly as I wanted. I had Vaser Lipo on the abdomen, flanks and arms. I would highly recommend him for anyone doing Vaser Liposuction!

Before I go into detail about my experience with this open rhinoplasty procedure, let me tell my readers that I am clinically diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) so you can imagine how erratic the one year post operational recovery period must have been for me. I am writing this review 10 months after the operation and sadly I am not happy with the results Dr. Ercan Demiray gave me. He suggested to straighten the bridge and raise the tip and I thought he knows best so I agreed. This is not to say that his work is bad, on the contrary he's actually brilliant at what he does. The nose he suggested however does not go with my face. Nostrils are way too apparent. That's not even the worst part.. his staff.. the one you follow up with so she checks how the recovery is going or if you have any questions for regarding the recovery. She yelled at me and called me too obsessive. I am clinically diagnosed with this disorder I couldn't help frequently asking her about whether my nose should be healing this way or that way once a week or at most twice a week.. She actually yelled at me in a voice note calling me too obsessive and for me to stop sending her pictures of my nose with questions. I have tried to convey to her that I am disappointed with the results and she ignored my phone calls she ignored my messages until she blocked me. This is Dr. ERCAN DEMIRAYS staff... this is what I am currently dealing with.. very very disappointed. I have attached before and after photos for you all. I actually want to cry when I look in the mirror sometimes... cry at what I consciously paid 12000 Turkish lira (1700 euros) for.
