I had nose surgery on 19 April 2024 with Emin Toprak, my consultation and surgery was the same day, it was the biggest mistake of my life to trusted him, from the beginning till now, I am nearly 5 months post op still have pain and burning in my right nostril, I feel my right nostril is too open now when I breathe every second I am in pain, and the left nostril is totally blocked, I never had any breathing problem before my surgery which I told him I don't have any breathing issues, he did bilateral turbinate radio frequency which wasn't necessary and he did to me without telling me and my permission because my breathing was perfect and I told him before surgery I don't have any problems.and now he gave me lots of issues. Apart from that he gave me two different sides profile and two different nostrils, from my front view my nostrils are very noticeable one is bigger than other. My main problem was my nostrils when I raised my head back my nostrils were noticeable otherwise it wasn't because I had dropped tip, and I told him he promised me that he can fixed those two things, instead to fixed that he did it worse, and he blocked me from instagram and didn't reply my concerns on WhatsApp. I am in pain, he has turned my life into hell, during this time I can't go out, can't go to gym, since my nose surgery my right eye has starting pain again till now I am under treatment now have to spend thousands of money. He wasn't honest he is a lair just he thinks about your money not about your health.

In the fall of 2020, I had surgery by Emin Toprak for rhinoplasty and correction of breathing. My breathing problem was completely corrected, but I was never satisfied with the appearance. I had an arched nose, but it was not a nose that could not be corrected. After the surgery, my nose did not shrink as much as I wanted, and a shadowy and asymmetrical appearance occurred on my nose back and right wing. I liked my nose from the side profile, but not from the front. Afterwards, I had revision surgery by him again in 2021. The problem on the right wing has not been corrected, moreover, it is worse and has spread to a wider area. A new cavity has formed on my nose back. My nose support is not what it used to be. The junction of the nose tip with the bone has weakened and the nose tip seems to be lower than the bone at some angles. There is cartilage inside the right hole partially closing the airway. Even the left bone, which was completely fine before, now has irregularities. My longer nose tip has been shortened in a way I don't want. In summary, I did not get the result I wanted from the nose surgery that I had been waiting for years. I have been searching for a new doctor for months. I regret so much that I chose a doctor by looking at the posts on social media and watching YouTube videos and that I had the same doctor for the second time. There was no sharing on social media about my surgeries. The photos were not shown to me. I do not have an operation report after both operations. I felt the need to write this article because I had a non-professional process and could not get the necessary support. While requesting revision, I never thought that I would be deprived of the support of the doctor and search for my old nose. I could say that the doctor did his part, but being left alone afterward caused me to write this article. When choosing a doctor, I recommend that you do not go cheap, consider experience, and if possible, do not have surgery with the same doctor in order to reduce the risk of third surgery.
