Hello,  for the optimal results you should give it the full 12 weeks. At that time you should go back to your doctor's office for some before and after photos.  You may think there isn't a difference but when you see the photos most patient's do see it then. .  Also, the more fat there is the more treatments you may need. Stay well hydrated and keep active to help the process.

For the best results I recommend doing the Pelleve' every 2-3 weeks for the eyes.  You should do touch ups every 6 months or even earlier if you feel you need it.

In my opinion Sculpsure is the right fit for you being you don't have very much fat and already have good definition. The added benefit of Sculpsure is that you get some tightening of the skin in the area you treat.  With minimal downtime and 24% fat reduction in the area treated, you should get excellent results.

Thanks for your photo and question! Sculpsure is a really great new procedure, but the fat reduction is only about 20% per treatment area. I don't think you would notice much difference unless you did several treatments, which would be very costly. I would first explore ways to achieve some traditional weight loss, and then reward yourself with Sculpsure if you can reach your weight loss goal!!

The photo is a little blurry. I would trust your surgeon if he feels like it is healing fine. It does look to be under some tension, and could possibly separate, but it's hard to tell from the photo.
