I have just started my transformation BodyTite with Liposuction procedure and I must say, with Dr. Elizabeth Jones amazing expertise and Dr. Catherine Davis detailed throughness, my journey is becoming more realistic to having positive results!
Dr. Jones & Dr. Davis did liposuction on me last Friday. I was extremely nervous and they made me so comfortable and actually had me laughing the whole time. Never thought I would have fun getting surgery but with those too and the rest of the staff at Fab Med Spa it really was. I was completely numb too. Let me tell you it’s only been four days and my stomach is already completely flat and the skin is already tight. I’m not even fully healed and it looks fabulous. Also, if you have any questions at any time Dr. David is a text away. Love all the ladies there. I also got laser hair there. Always a wonderful experience.
Yes, Hydrafacial can improve your skin texture and address discoloration concerns. Hydrafacial provides a range of boosters that complement the facial treatment. For discoloration, the arbutin booster is highly recommended. Alongside Hydrafacial, incorporating a series of Chemical Peels can effectively target texture irregularities. Remember, correcting texture and discoloration requires a consistent approach with treatments and using products recommended by your provider.
I prefer Morpheus8 over Ultherapy to treat your concerns of jowls and "turkey neck". I have both of these devices in my office, and while both will result in improvement, in my hands an aggressive Morpheus8 treatment of the jowls and submentum (underchin) along with Morpheus8 treatment of the neck yields a faster and superior result compared with Ultherapy. The Marionette lines are unlikely to see much improvement with Ultherapy, and will likely see only modest improvement with Morpheus8 of the face. To address the Marrionette lines, consider dermal filler to restore youthful volume to the cheek area, which also improves the jowls and Marrionette lines by lifting, and if stilled needed some filler could be added directly to the Marrionette lines.
Both options are worth considering. If you would be satisfied with a modest improvement, Morpheus8 could be used to bring about some improvement in skin texture and tightening with no surgery or downtime. If Morpheus8 were used, I would keep settings superficial, to improve skin quality, and would take care not to destroy fat. Because the skin appears to have stretchmarks and is not of great quality, fat loss would only worsen the appearance of hanging skin. While many modalities, including Morpheus8, may improve the appearance of stretch marks, none restore the skin to its original state. For these reasons, for optimal results, I would recommend a tummy tuck which would remove the loose hanging damaged skin and tighten the midsection.
There is not one answer to this question. The best laser for hair removal depends on skin type. In general, the best laser to treat individuals with light skin is a 755 nm wavelength Alexandrite laser and the best laser to treat individuals with dark skin is 1064 nm wavelength NdYag laser. It is especially important that dark skinned individuals are not treated with the wrong laser to avoid burns, hyperpigmentation and/or hypopigmentation.
