Implant and fixed options are better now than they have ever been. I would get a consultation, 3D xray,  and learn more about what can be done. 

An implant refers to the metal 'post' that goes into the bone. It is generally cylinder shaped and made out of titanium. It replaces the roots of teeth. After an implant becomes 'fused' or integrated with your bone, there are a few different ways to replace teeth. You can either replace it with a denture that stays in place and never comes out (fixed implant bridge), a denture that mechanically snaps into the implants and is removed each day to clean (snap in smile), or replace a tooth for each implant placed (implant crown). Mini implants simply refer to the size of the implants. They are generally much thinner than an average implant to accommodate for patients with thinner bone, or who need a slightly less expensive option to secure a denture in place.

Without being able to physically examine you, as well as take an xray, it is quite difficult to tell if there is anything wrong. Your gums don't look inflamed in the picture which is a good sign, but pain that doesn't go away is not. I would recommend you see the dentist that placed the implants as soon as you can and complete the antibiotics. Best of luck to you,

If you have ever had teeth extracted, a skilled oral surgeon can make even the most broken down tooth extraction seem routine. Nothing in oral surgery is truly painless, but with adequate local anesthesia and an anxiolytic like laughing gas (if you need it), your experience shouldn't be so bad. In my office, I offer the option of moderate sedation, or dividing the extractions into multiple visits so that you only do what you can tolerate. Please take care of those broken down teeth before they become infected and take good care of yourself. 

After a sinus lift surgery and dental implants, the main concern is the integrity of the forming blood clot as well as the sinus lining itself. Anytime you suck in through your lips, you form a seal and a vacuum. That motion alone can dislodge a forming blood clot, and disrupt the healing process. That comes with any suction motion including smoking, vaping, or even using a straw. For dental implants I would avoid a suction motion for at least 72 hours, but for a sinus lift given how delicate the membrane is, I would do my best to avoid any suction motion for at least two weeks. If you are being treated with medical marijuana, is it possible to get a sublingual tincture that you can use to still receive a titrated dose of cannabis without the act of smoking? Or it is possible to juice the whole plant and put it in a smoothie or shake? Just a few ideas. All the best to you.
