I was close to 60 years old and felt I needed a little lift around the eyes, chin, neck and forehead just to freshen up my face and neck. I can honestly say for me there were no cons only pros with the biggest pro being that it kept lifting and tightening my skin for several months. I am completely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this procedure to anyone looking for that "I just got back from vacation look".
I originally went to Dr. Liu for sinus issues. I then found out about the skin procedures that he does...so I decided on Ultherapy which worked out really well...and Xeomin and Restylane also good results. Dr. Liu has a great bedside manner and is well informed about everything he does. He also explains the entire process and answers all questions. The entire office staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. I look forward to future visits and treatments.
There does not appear to be any direct correlation between the amount of pain during/after an Ultherapy procedure and the end result. Similarly, the amount of bruising post procedure is variable and also does not correlate with the end result. Pain is such a subjective quality. Some factors that can be related to the level of pain one may experience include the depth and energy level of treatment of the specific handpiece that is being used, the area of treatment, the skin thickness and amount of subcutaneous fat.
