I'm 21. The tip of my nose is bulbous, as you can see. I hate it. A more refined nose (as pictured on the right) would hugelyyyyyy improve my confidence. I am a student so I'm very money conscious. I've heard one too many stories of nose jobs that have gone wrong or patients who end up having the surgery again and again because they're never satisfied! Would a plastic surgeon be able to create a more defined look, as seen in the photo to the right? I hate my nose's bulbous tip!

Am I a good candidate for rhinoplasty? Photos included.

i think that the cost is exactly the same in a primary Rhinoplasty even if you want to make a subtle change because it implies the same risks, it implies an incision, a recovery period, the same things than if you want to make a big change to your nose.

I'm looking for very subtle changes for my rhinoplasty. Fixing my hanging columnella, and my tip asymmetry. I also have a deviated septum and was wondering if costs are lessened if done in a hospital?

Is finesse rhinoplasty less expensive then normal rhinoplasty?

It seems that the nasal septum is the problem, but I don´t know if it is dislocated or not, or if the nasal tip is in a wrong position. I don´t think that your nose will improve with time, I also agree that you will need a revision rhinoplasty, but first talk to your doctor.

	Can you post a pre op picture?

My doc said it is only scar tissue the is not been hell yet, and I have to spray saline every 2 hours. but it fell hard,I notice it 4 days after surgery,its been 5 weeksand havent change that much.

I think you look great, you have had a very good nose job, you don´t have to worry because your nostrils looks very normal. I know that it´s new for you because you were not used to see your nostrils, but you will get used to. In some cases the nasal tip may drop a little, wait a few months.

as you can see in my photo my nose was crooked. i had a septo/rhino done, my doctor straightened it, removed a hump, brought my nostrils in and shortened my nose, i am for weeks post op and am very worried that im going to see my nostrils for the rest of my life i dislike the upturned look very much, will my nose drop? or dose that only happen when you have tip work? as you can see in my before pic my nostrils did not show, please answer

You have to wait, it´s too soon to expect a final result, your nose will improve in the next months, I think that you´ll notice a change in swelling in the first six months, so, don´t get desperate, just follow your doctor´s indications and good luck with your recovery!!

Hi! I had my closed septoplasty/rhinoplasty procedure May 1st and the 2 month mark is coming up soon. However, I still not quite happy with the width of the mid portion of my nose (its wider than before), I'm just really hoping its due to swelling since I do have oily skin (not sure if that affects swelling or not). Do you think its reasonable for me to expect for a huge amount of swelling to go down between 2-4 moths post op? Or am I stuck with this appearance as my final result? Thank you

Do You Feel Any Pain While Surgeon Breaks Your Nose?

Hello, it's very common to have a little bump on your bridge after rhinoplasty, but almost always is just the normal swelling, I saw your pictures and I think you look great, just wait a couple of weeks.

I am 11 days post op from having a septoplasty, turbinectomy, and rhinoplasty to narrow my nostrils and tip and remove the hump on my nose. When I got my cast off even with the swelling I was so excited about my new nose until I turned to the side. There is a bump on the bridge of my nose under some bruising and while it is a huge inprovement from my old nose, it is still bothering me a lot. I am obsessing over it and I'm scared that it's bone and I'll have to go through everything again ):
