$13,201Gastric Sleeve Surgery

Destinee1022

200lbs, 5’4, overeater - I workout but I couldn’t lose weight

Im 200 pounds and I’m 5’4. Im an over eater I work out and all but I couldn’t loose weight because I literally eat all day non stop for comfort I guess. I decided to do the gastric sleeve before I got bigger. I choose to do it at Miami sleeve center with dr.Gomez he made me feel extremely comfortable and he is literally always in a good mood so that definitely helped me feel like I was in good hands. I give him 5 STARS. the day of surgery I woke up super scared and nervous he assured me I was going to be ok I go into surgery and wake up in the biggest pain of my life literally woke up [RS bleep] screaming … I would have preferred to be dead but mind you the pain wasn’t in my stomach it was on my chest they said it was from the gas which was 100% correct because once I started burping I started to feel better and when I started to walk around I felt even better. The back pain never really left today is the second day and the pressure has subsided and my back pain is still there but I also got my period yesterday right before surgery .. so that could be a reason why as well , yesterday I tried to eat the little soup it made me extremely nauseous and I hated it I ate the little jello it was the only thing I could take down I drank some juice and threw it up I guess I was drinking too much water and juice. So far that was my experience I’m still at the hospital waiting to get discharged.
