I’ve had Botox, filler and threading . As I head to 70 ya, I must say, thanks to dr Cosgrove, I look. Marrrrrrrrvelous!

I recently went to Dr. Doriana Cosgrove's Desert Med Aesthetics Office.

I had Nurse Lisa Rodel do a Botox application. I have never been to this place before. She was a fabulous injector. She took her time, effort and skill and artistic judgement. so do a very simple graceful and elegant application. With the right solution as well. 5 days later there were 2 area's above the right eyebrow that did not get enough of the injection. I called and went in and Dr. Doriana Cosgrove could not have been more considerate and professional . 

She took care of the problem area. She took her time to get it just right and cared that I was happy with the results. I would for sure recommend this practice for there concern and skill. There office is very private and tasteful and lovely as well.

Two weeks ago I had an appointment with Dr. A. Cosgrove's

nurse Kimberly Mejia. For botox. I was very impressed that she took her time after she opened a fresh bottle of Botox in front of me. She placed the syringe in the very exact area of each area with great care. Botox is an art for placement and best results. She was very careful to make sure that I would have a very simple, graceful, and elegant result. I returned 8 days later for a slight 2 area's that needed to be touched up. She was exact and area's were taken care of. She did not rush and took her time to do it very nicely. I have been doing botox for 18 years and know what a good application is and what is not a good application . I would for sure tell and recommend this practice and have been there previously . I plan to return obviously as well.

I recently went to Lisa Roedel the injector nurse at Dr. Cosgrove's office. I am very pleased with her
consistent careful application of Botox. She attends continuing education seminars of Botox
applications. To make sure that she updates her skill set. This is important as one likes to get a
natural looking outcome. What I admire and respect about her is that she carefully studies your
facial expressions. Where you have lines and wrinkles so it will be evenly balanced for the injection.
Some injectors give a frozen or deer in the headlight's outcome. This does not happen with her at all.
Lisa is very cutting edge and makes sure your outcome is symmetrical as each side of ones face
is slightly different. There is an art to doing injections and she takes her time effort and skill to make
sure you look your very best. I have sent several friends to her and they have been very pleased
as well. I will obviously return for an amazing result. Dr. Cosgrove's office is beautifully appointed state
of the art offices. A touch of class.
