I love Dr Cosgrove She is so down to earth and her work is impeccable. Carefully thought out and executed beautifully. I trust her to be honest and caring The staff all make you feel as though you mean something to them and Every procedure looks completely natural I’ve had Botox, filler and threading . I recently went to Dr. Doriana Cosgrove's Desert Med Aesthetics Office. I had Nurse Lisa Rodel do a Botox application. I have never been to this place before. She was a fabulous injector. She took her time, effort and skill and artistic judgement. so do a very simple graceful and elegant application. With the right solution as well. 5 days later there were 2 area's above the right eyebrow that did not get enough of the injection. I called and went in and Dr. Doriana Cosgrove
