I went to South Korea for my rhinoplasty. I asked for a cuter, smaller, turned-up nose. What this surgeon gave me was a bigger, uglier, hooked nose and on top of that I cannot breathe properly because the nostrils are so narrow (maybe they are collapsed?). I was very clear with the surgeon before surgery about what I wanted and I told him it was really important to me that my nose would look smaller and that breathing well was also very important. I am botched. My smile has even changed and is atrocious. Counting down the days until I can get a revision.
