Your nose seems too wide and slightly too longfor your narrow face. Alar base reductions as well as some cephalic tip rotation to shorten your nose will give you the look you want. 

A foul smell is often a sign of infection. Your collumellar graft may have gotten infected especially if your having some tenderness or purulent discharge in the area. If not, then maybe you just picked up a sinus infection. Either way you need to be seen, evaluated, and treated. 

You don't have ptosis of your left upper eyelid. This lid looks longer because the left orbit is larger than the right orbit; and without orbital fat to cameoflage this the left eyelid looks droopier.  However, the lower margins of both upper lids cross the upper part of the pupil equally (no ptosis). Fat grafting under the left brow would remove the 'hollowness' of the left orbit/eye and make both eyes look more symmetrical. Both eyelids are slightly ptotic. Surgical correction of this may not be worthwhile. 

 

Kenalog injections may help especially if the supratip area is reduced. However, your nose is still a little too long and the left tip is flattened and asymmetric. A revision rhinoplasty with possible post operative injections with silicone in order to achieve a hundred percent result. 

By equilizing the widths of the nose with Silikon 1000, you would permanently and inexpensively eliminate some major midline asymmetries in both resting and smiling views.  Elongating your left medial brow toward the center, and changing your hair style can further minimize your facial asymmetries.
