Dr. Ponsky aside from being more than qualified and experienced in her field has also been voted the best by her peers and has the awards to prove it. Now that alone was enough to finally make me decide on her to perform an upper blepharoplasty that I had been wanting for quite some time and had researched several doctors for. I will certainly take expertise and a job well done over personality any day but upon meeting her you'll find you will not have to compromise! 

She is a sweet soul with a sincere, genuine passion for what she does that shines through in the incredible work she performs! Cannot recommend her enough. Her staff is also amazing-Shelly and all the girls are very welcoming and accommodating always! Love this place it is worth the drive! 

Dr. Ponsky is great at what she does! She truly cares about her patients. She performed a septoplasty and rhinoplasty on me and I am pleased with the results of both. I can finally breath and sleep through the night!! And I have a newfound confidence as well. She is such a sweet, caring lady. She really wants the best for you!!

Dr. Ponsky is the creme de la creme! She performed my rhinoplasty last year and I have been recommending her ever since then. I was so scared going into my first appointment thinking I might need surgery for my deviated septum. Once I realized I did need surgery, I decided to have Dr. Ponsky perform the rhinoplasty as well. I have never had any cosmetic work done before and I was very nervous about the results. Dr. Ponsky educated me, communicated often with me (she had to, I kept calling her office!), and comforted me throughout the entire process! Since then, Dr. Ponsky has dolled me up with Juvederm for my laugh lines and Volume for my cheeks. I am scheduling an appointment to get a filler for my under eye bags as I have had them since I was a child. For a few hundred dollars, I feel so much more confident and it all stems from feeling so confident in Dr. Ponsky's skills. I am very grateful I found the best the first time around! And her staff? Wonderful! Shelly and Meredith, thank you, ladies!

OMG.....I am sooo excited to be able to 'talk' really talk to someone about this; I mean people who have 'been there'.....My surgery is in two days....I cannot believe I am FINALLY going through with it.....I have ALWAYS wanted a nose job my whole life.

My brother had one when he was younger; And looked great.....I am 53 years old and my parents (and I) are very worried about the 'recovery. I am fairly healthy Thank God...don't drink or smoke but have not exceried in a couple months.....I only meet with the surgeon once unfortuntly It was very hard to get a hold of her; just to talk about what was to become of my big nose.....I see myself in picture and always comment 'delete the nose'!

Soo finally I am ...........like I said or didn't I am VERY nervous and excited...........I really can't believe I am finally taking the plunge................
Any advice, suggestions, encouragement discouragement us welcomed.........!!

Hi Everyone........Its been about a month since my new nose..............And I still do love it.....Good Luck to Anyone having it done this week!

Rude staff combined with one HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. This practice is a complete opposite of what a patient looks for.

This is the first time I have witnessed this kind of haughty attitude. When I first went for consultation for a surgery In March 2020, they have provided me a quote on paper and asked me to schedule the procedure when I am ready for my surgery in either June or July.

So in June 2020, I thought of scheduling my surgery and called them to get dates for July 2020, they told me that “OUR PRACTICE IS NOT A RIGHT FIT FOR YOU AND WE DON'T WANT TO SCHEDULE SURGERY FOR YOU”. I don’t understand how can they waste other people’s time by assuring patients during consultation that they have the necessary expertise and degrees to address their procedure and tell them just before the surgery that they are not a right fit for a patient.

First of all Dr Ponsky overcharges compared to most of the physicians in Cleveland area, on top of that I now understood that based on the answers they gave me and how they addressed the entire situation unapologetically, she and her staff are rude and INCOMPETENT. 

Dear private practice, If you don’t think you have the necessary expertise for performing surgery, please don’t agree to do it in the first place. I have wasted the last 3 to 4 months thinking I would schedule my surgery with this person and didn’t look into getting consultations with the rest of the physicians. Thank god that I got to know how unorganized this practice is before they could have operated on me and possibly could have botched my surgery. 

TRUST ME THERE ARE MUCH MUCH BETTER PHYSICIANS IN CLEVELAND AREA WHO ARE BETTER AT WHAT THEY DO AND TREAT THEIR PATIENTS WELL .
