Yes, an O-shot may help with vaginal lubrication by increasing blood flow to the tissues and rejuvenating the cells. However, just because your hormones aren't "menopausal" doesn't mean they don't need to be optimized. Generally, women with optimized hormones get better results from an O-Shot.

The O-shot will primarily enhance your arousal and orgasm quality. It can also diminish stress incontinence. If you want to have plumper labia, you'd need to also have labial PRP injections, which can be done at the same time.

It is not the volume that is important; it is the concentration of the prp.  You do not need more than 5ml but it should be at least 6- 8x concentration greater than your blood.  So at least 50-60cc of blood needs to be drawn in order to achieve the right concentration in 5 cc PRP
