Fantastic! I am 42 Year old mother of 2. As a college athlete, I was always very active. After, I had my children, I found exercise and some everyday tasks challenging. Forget jumping on a trampoline, I am talking standing up from a seated position when I had to go to the restroom, and heaven forbid I had to sneeze!! For almost 10 years, I listened to my OBGYN talk about Kegel exercises and strengthening my pelvic floor. So every stoplight, every commercial break for years and years with little to no improvement. Last year, at the women's show, I met Dr. McCracken and his wife, after hearing his wife tell her story, I knew that I had to ask more questions. Votiva Rejuvation is a non surgical way to increase elasticity and strengthen vaginal muscles. With 3 treatments, ZERO downtime the results have been amazing. AS women there are so many of us, ashamed or embarrassed to admit these problems and seek help for correction. Personally, I am sad it took me this long to find the fix. Running, Jumping, and Skipping back through life!!!
After giving birth of an almost 10 pounds baby with a really bad delivery my vaginal parts were not the same to the point of having frequent pain, licking urine while sneezing or working out, discomfort during or after sex, after my first procedure the changes were really notorious for myself as well as my husband, most of the discomfort went away, I’m really enjoying being myself again! This procedure doesn’t hurt at all, is quick performed and doesn’t have down time to recover, you hardly feel any discomfort while having it done or after! Highly recommended
As others have written, I'm not sure why your provider would have chosen Radiesse for this. While there is no way to quickly dissolve this product (as can be done with hyaluronic acid fillers), your body should resbsorb it over time, just far more slowly that with other fillers. I would not think it wise to inject such for the problem you wanted treated, especially in an area with such little subcutaneous fat. There are a variety of skin tightening treatments for that area, to include everything from "tummy tuck" to ultrasound and radio frequency devices. As others have advised, I would point you toward a qualified/experienced skin care specialist/plastic surgeon for the remedy and results you seek. But Radiesse in this area would be an absolute "no-no" for me in my practice. Good luck!
As others have stated, we all have some degree of asymmetry. It's just that we don't often stared at ourselves so closely in the mirror -- until we get Botox. There is, however, some concern over placement when you write of a dropped cheek as well as eyelid issues. These should not happen with correct dosing and placement. I would give it another month (you've made it this far), then reassess with another, highly qualified/experienced injector. Make certain to get pre-treatment photos for later comparison to assess just how much of the asymmetry is naturally you. Good luck!
I'm not sure what fillers would do for acne scars. And I understand how frustrated you must be. But without knowing depth of treatment, method of PRP extraction (quality of product), and time from first to last treatment (as well as time between treatments), it is difficult to advise. I have used PRP to some positive effect. But I have seen my best results with either Fractora (Microneedling combined with Radio Frequency), or deeper plain microneedling with a product called AnteAGE Microneedling Solution. This product uses Growth Factors and Cytokines from real human cells that have been cultured from bone marrow. My results have been so good that I have almost stopped using PRP altogether for skin rejuvenation and acne scarring. I can also do these treatments for far less cost that what I had to charge for PRP. I have seen as much as a 60 - 705 reduction in pitted acne scars after only one treatment - a course of three will give best results. (And, no. I am in no way a representative of the company the sells AnteAGE.) With any of these treatments, you really need 4 - 6 weeks to have any real idea of results. And acne scarring can be quite difficult to resolve. But with time, patience, and the right combination of therapies, I think you will find the results you seek.
Firstly, I'm sorry that your provider left you feeling uncomfortable. Secondly, I think you'll find varied opinions on the use of Volbella for this area. Volbella is a softer, less hydrophilic (draws in less water = less swelling) filler than many are using to treat the tear trough area. Others use Voluma (thicker filler) and place it right on the facial bone to fill beneath. My go to for this area is Belotero. While any hyaluronic acid filler can cause something called the Tyndall effect (bluish discoloration), I have not had this complication with Belotero. There are also several methods for placing filler in this area. I like to use a cannula so as not to cause as much bruising or swelling with injections. Ultimately, I would recommend that you go to a provider who actually hears and honors your concerns while also being quite experienced in treating this area of the face. Good luck!
As was previously written, it can be done without affecting your lip volume in any significant way. Just make certain that you go to someone who is expert in injecting. You really have two options -- Volbella and Belotero. Both will work quite well. You'll just be paying quite a bit for a very small volume of filler. The good news is that your provider is usually able to save unused product for touch up treatment later. Since you pay for a syringe of filler, most would not charge for the touch up that you'll likely want several months down the road.
