Picture is not very clear, left side appears larger than the right side, depends how did it look before the surgery.This can happen ,good thing is that it can be fixed. I would recommend seeing your surgeon again,looks like you already spoke with them and they have agreed to revise it. Good luck.

Pregnancy is an exciting time, your entire body especially pelvic area goes through lot of changes to get ready for the child birth. There are hormonal variations which aids in these changes. As you know its a gradual process taking months leading upto the final change, same way it also takes time for the body to go back to its original form. It is not recommended to undergo any aesthetic procedure right after childbirth. Also, healing from childbirth process whether it is normal vaginal delivery or cesarean section takes time and can complicate healing from aesthetic procedure.

It is recommended to wait atleast 4-6 months after your childbirth to undergo labiaplasty. Wait longer if you are breastfeeding. 

Yoy should wait at least 6 to 8 weeks after your surgery. You need to be cleared by the surgeon/obgyn before you resume any pelvic activity.

Stithces can take up to 4 weeks to disssolve,depending on what’s used. Monocryl dissolvesvfaster than vicryl. If you started period,keep the area clean and dry. You can rinse with just plain water,no rubbing and pat it dry. change liners more frequently.

IT sound like you might be experiencing a vaginal prolapse which is extremly common. it cant be treated by laser-it can be treated surgically and managed nonsurgically. Nonsurgically kegel exercises, pessaries, weight reduction can help. Surgery can involve fixing the prolpase,you might not need hysterectomy. it all depends on the degree of prolapse. You need to see a gynecologist and after thorough examination, they will be able to guide you as what is needed.
