had smart lipo performed in the lower and upper abdominal area and flanks. I am 2weeks post surgery and my stomach is hard and uneven. The good thing is that I dont have loose skin. Do I need vela shape? Will it eventually soften on its own? Will excersize help soften the tissue?

Terrible I have been calling her office for months trying to get my prescription properly filled out. Which her office recommended to me. In effort to do so I have been hung up on, laughed at , told other patients take priority & left on hold for 45 mins or more several times. Her office manager Latasha repeatedly tells me she is processing my paper work yet as 7/18 my pharmacy has no record of her attempting to correct anything. I have had to take PTO out of work just sit on hold with this office. It is horrible. During this 2-3 month process I have been experiencing chronic pain directly related to my diagnosis that my prescription was supposed to help. I have even been told by Latasha (Office manager) that Dr. Coats-Walton has been aware of all my issues but has no interests i speaking with me about them. So I write this review to warn anyone who needs help not to go to this office they are the only ones with available appointments for a reason !
