Visiting this doctor is a pleasure. The nurse staff makes sure that you are treated with care and respect. They answer all questions. The patient is given items such as tissues, safety glasses, and a stress object to squeeze, and the potential use of each is clearly explained. When the doctor arrives, she makes sure that you are comfortable. The procedure itself is a bit painful, but as soon as the laser is turned off, I experience no pain any longer. The staff and doctor encourage you to call if you run into any difficulties, which I never did, and this effects of no more annoying facial hair are a relief each time I visit. This "time for me" is well worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Farrell and her staff. A+

Thermage treatment face, neck and eyelids - pre-treatment process was a breeze - staff made me comfortable and at ease - Dr. Farrell is professional and personable and was responsive to my level of comfort throughout the process. I love this! Dr. Deborah Farrell did an amazing job, so excited to go back and get my jawline done. Something that I really liked was how she did a free laser treatment following the injections to prevent bruising. My lips hardly bruised at all, and I had no bruising anywhere else. My lips are still swollen a little but I love my results.

I got laser here and my face is severely damaged. Dry skin, thin skin, and fat loss. Do not get laser here!! I will not have to spend money on surgery to fix the damage if even possible. When I followed up with the provider they denied any damage.
