He was very nice, and taught a lot. He explained all the different things to me. He has botox, rf, ipl, and lasers. He explains he tries to get the skin healthy, so you don't have to spend as much in the long run. He is not trying to constantly upsell and tries to not spend your money. If you want something that's not going to work, he'll tell you that, rather than just letting you try it. He's not constantly pushing really expensive creams or anything else on you, he uses natural pharmaceuticals and vitamins that you can buy anywhere. I had an amazing result.
We often dont keep in mind the value in hair on our bodies, however there may still be some hope for comfort for you. There are a few products out there made for sweating private areas. One mentioned a lot right now is "Lume". Wearing cotton underwear will help absorb the sweat as well. Also a everyday pad such as "Honey Pot" products offers a cooling concept that helps with sweat and odor in your brazailian area.
Yes, the hair tends to be more course. It also usually takes about 5 to 7 treatments to completely stop the hair growth. The settings will need to be a bit "spicy" and uncomfortable. It has to be a certain temperature in order to even be affective. Otherwise you wouldnt see results for an extremely long time. This is another heat based process which means I wouldn't advise cooling the area before treatment either. Its perfectly fine to take a break is needed. Maybe try splitting it up into sections. Today underarms, a few days later legs, a few days later arms etc. As long each section is done again within 28 days you will be fine.
You could try the 1540 from cynosure or envi treatment to help with those lines. The 1540 is really great for skin tightening and it penetrates deeply for maximum affects. Envi is another option but depending on the depth of the lines this treatment may not be the most affective. For your dry skin Vitamin A oil is a great option.
It is not recommended for IPL after Botox. Botox needs to time to settle in the areas it was placed. The lasers heat and pressure could cause the botox to be distrubuted in unwanted areas. Its recommended to wait about 4 weeks before getting IPL after Botox.
IPL does work very closely with heat which pulls moisture out of the skin. Its good to always wear a sunscreen of at least 45 and moisturize your skin daily. At our office you will leave after being cooled down with sunscreen and moisturizer. We have options of products for you to buy that work well with the laser machines.
