This is not uncommon. If the tooth still is not fitting ideally after the full 14 days of wear, I would wear it a few more days to see if that tooth will track better. I also give Aligner Chewies (you can get them on Amazon) to my Invisalign patients. It is basically a rubber cylinder that you chew on in that tooth area to help to engage that tooth. If it does not improve, then make an appt with your Doc. Good Luck!
Hello,From the photos you have posted, I would casually estimate, at treatment time of around 12-15months. As the movements are Invisalign are slow to ensure healthy tooth movement, I always tell my patients not to expect significant changes for ~6months. I commonly use the analogy that if you are looking for changes every day, it is like watching grass grow. Good luck in your treatment!!!Best Regards
