As I've grown older shedding a few pounds gets harder and harder. I was amazed with the CoolSculpting treatment. It was relatively painless and the results are terrific. I was treated in the stomach area and lower back for fat that I had a hard time losing. There is a numbing and tingling sensation for a couple of weeks and then you begin to see the areas shrink. I went from a size 36 waist to a size 35.
