FIND A VERIFIED DOCTORI had upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepheroplasty)--I had puffy eyes and a particular swollen area under one of them, that was bothersome and unattractive. I was so pleased to find Dr. Mills--he is both an ocular and plastic surgeon, particularly well-credentialed. The experience was amazing--he listens well, explains everything and is incredibly skilled and caring. I am so happy I did this--I absolutely love the results, and recommend Dr. Mills highly!
