I went from 42H to D cup maybe. I'm not sure yet because I'm still in bandages. I feel so free! I'm only 8 days post op and I feel so much better. I lost 3.3 lbs of breast from each one. The pain from after surgery isn't a big deal. It last about a week and is the beginning of a new life. I'm going to start jogging when I've made a full recovery.
I started considering surgery in August and went to a few plastic surgeons. After meeting with Dr.Bass I had made my decision. He took a quick look and side profile and decided everything he needed to know in a matter of minutes. I was pretty nervous with how quick he was able to do so. I had my pre op appointment soon enough September 24th where they went over all the details and schedule me for my surgery October 4th. I was more nervous than a kid on their first day of school wondering if this surgery would go "badly" as I've seen a handful of "bad boobjobs" especially on here. He assured me that we would try and reach my goal while keeping my chest to a natural look. When everything was said and done i went from a 28A to a 32C 375cc Right and 400cc Left. End result? My expectations were blown away. Since then I've had a few minor problems (opening in incision) which has healed greatly with the doctors advice. They provided me with a bra for at home and everything has gone smoothly! Extremely happy with my results!
Another Breast implant surgeon that discriminated against Trans women or TransWomen on Medicare!/Medicaid First appointment I explained exactly how another surgeon was going to do my breast implant surgery and what my expectations were. He explained that he did not do fat grafting, which i said i understood. I spoke to him about how I would like the procedure done (Incision type, implant placement, etc) and he nodded and said "Lets wait for insurance" even though he spoke with his biller right in front of me and she didn't think it was a prolbem. I wait 2 months for a pre-op appointment and when i get behind the closed door and began speaking about the procedue he cuts me off and tells me "Theres only one boss here and its me." I asked what type of incision and what type of placement would happen and he wouldnt tell me. Wouldn't tell me what profile or CC the implants would be. Heavily implied that if he did do the surgery that I would have complications. So, basically, he was telling me I had no choice in how my breasts would come out if i did surgery. Stunned, I asked that the procedure be postponed, but he just replied "Lets just cancel it, ok?" and pushed me out the door.
Had 34DD/DDD and now have full C. Breasts were causing so much back pain and I had doen physical therapy atc. Covered mostly by insurance. So glad I went through with it, I am only 4 days post op and I am loving my results so far. Need to wear surgical bra for a month post to make sure they stay “in place” Updated on 21 Nov 2017: Ever since I was a teen I have had very large breasts that have caused extremely bad back pain. After going to physical therapy for months I had decided to go ahead with the breast reduction. Best decision I have done in my life thus far, I am 5 days post op and couldnt be any happier with the results so far.
I had my consultation and was very happy! Dr. Bass was really nice! He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He spent a lot of time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I walked in so nervous and left with confidence. The staff was wonderful as well. I am very pleased with my consult. I'll update after the surgery. Wish me luck!!;) Updated on 8 Dec 2017: So it’s been two years since my surgery and I’m still happy with my results. He was an amazing doctor
