Dr Sneed spent the majority of our visit asking me the same questions as I had answered on the intake form. He refused to use my labs that had been done the week before even though I was assured when making the appointment that he would. He didn't have time for questions and I ended up chasing him down the hall to get my questions answered. He called in a prescription for a newly released brand name instead of the generic I've taken for years. It's 3x the cost and in a form (sprinkles) that I will never use. I haven't had any response in getting the prescription corrected despite both myself and the pharmacy calling their office. During our visit, he spoke really fast, didn't listen to my answers and never made eye contact. When I asked him if I could use an outside lab, he snapped at me that it was my problem to deal with. He was overly focused on selling me additional procedures / labs that were unrelated to my visit. I would not recommend this doctor or office.
I tried this Spa due to the fact that I prefer an actual Doctor to do my injections. I have had Botox before, and it works great... just not here. I had NO change in the spots injected. I let Dr. Sneed decide how much I needed, and it was more than I’ve used before. No problem, I though. He’s the specialist. This is the first time getting injected with Botox that I’ve wondered after the fact if they dilute their solution way too much, or if they half filled the syringes with saline before bringing them in the room. After waiting the appropriate amount of time for the Botox to take effect (and then some) I called to explain the situation, expecting that something would be done; a discount or perhaps more. The receptionist answered and said maybe I needed more, and that I would receive a call back. I never got that call. Perhaps it slipped her mind because she seemed quite annoyed, and said something about having to deal with the aestheticians that she disliked. I’m paraphrasing that because I can’t exactly remember what she said about the aestheticians, but I chose the word ‘disliked’ because it was a tamer than what she actually said. Like I said, I never got a call back. After the whole situation, I never called back either. I’m unsure Dr. Sneed knows how to inject, or if they run an extremely unprofessional practice. One star is one too many.
Advertises the Vampire Facelift, which is a trademarked treatment of Dr Runnels. Dr. Sneed is NOT trained under Dr Runnels. I paid almost $2000 for what was advertised as the Vampire Facelift and did not know what I was getting was not the actual Vampire Facelift until he had already started his treatment and I realized I was not getting what I thought I'd paid for. Also, his PRP kit is a cheaper kit which has red blood cells in it, which is not what you want. His esthetician also used the derma pen over active acne and spread it all over my face. Additionally, I am now "blood tattooed" on my face because of the red blood cells included in the "vampire facial" portion of the treatment. I saw absolutely no results from the treatment and had to deal with acne that had spread all over my face because the esthetician was not careful to avoid a couple of small pimples I had on my face at the time.
I've read a couple of blog inquiries about the tiny bumps remaining on the forehead after a botox injection. The physicians continue to debate this but I am 100% certain that the bumps are caused by the injections. My bumps have not gone away in over 3 years and appear in the exact area injected. The look like a whitehead only larger and can not be expressed, scraped with a whitehead removal tool, pinched or by any other way to remove them. Not sure why the doctors refuse to accept this is happening because I've mentioned it to a few and they try to point to something else or a skin condition which it absolutely not and is only at the exact sites I was injected. Never doing that again!
