I have a last minute cancelation by another doctor and don't want to loose my money for trip to FL. I called for a surgeon and Dr Gerth was available to get me in next day. My dream was have nice hight profile round boobs with natural look. And he delivered. I will recommend him anytime to anyone. And looking forward for my next procedure with him

My experience with dr Gerth was amazing . Although it’s the first day I feel like he took his time to match the aesthetic I showed him in my wish pic I was really nervous because Im kind of petite But Dr. G made sure to get a measurement that’ll best suit my body ( my boobs were really far apart a first it filled the gap with a bigger implant ( 415 CC left and right ) and I’m 5’9 . I’m still pretty swollen but I’ll post update pictures as well my first post op is today . The staff at Florida center were so nice I was treated like family .

Just want to say this is the most caring surgeons out there especially in Florida. He would take the time out to actually communicate with his patients and explain something to his patient before & after. Though at first I was skeptical because he’s young but he’s an obsessive, compulsive perfectionist and I saw a You Tube video of his pt who said she msg him daily post op BBL bc she wasn’t trusting the process & she looks amazing! Good luck if you’re trying to even ask for 2 words post op in Florida with another surgeon but this Dr. will never do this to his patients. I’d say grab Dr. Gerth before he becomes the next Guru of plastic surgeons but even then I doubt he’d go cold.

Ever since I was in high school I hated my breast. I had large aerolas and they were never youthful and perky (I blame my genetics). I started taking consistent BC at 23 which made them grow larger and more saggy. This year I finally told myself I was going to get it fixed. After research I decided to go with Dr. Gerth who was very friendly, asked me what my goals were, and walked me through the process. He decided a lollipop lift would be the best option for me. Day of surgery I was very nervous but after I went under I only remember waking up shivering from the anesthesia. The staff wrapped me in a blanket and sent me home with my mother. The pain kicked in around 2 hrs later in which I can only describe as an elephant sitting on my chest. I was prescribed Hydrocodone for pain, muscle relaxer and antibiotics which helped initially but not that much. Also all the medications has made me extremely bloated and constipated. But I will keep checking back in and updating my progress. Updated on 26 May 2022: Honestly didn’t think recovery was going to be this hard. Every morning and night it’s hard to get up, you use your pectoral muscles for everything! and the whole area is swollen and trying to heal. Today was my 1 week Post op, Dr. Gerth says they overall look good but told me I need to start massaging them and looking up professional med spas that do lympthatic massages. I was honestly surprised by this because I thought massages post surgery were only for BBL or MMO. But he says it’s because my upper pole chest is so tight (I was an active HS athlete) and we need to massage to push the implant into position. Feeling very overwhelmed at this point and mixed emotions. They look so fake to me but I am told to trust the process, my skin needs to stretch and contort to the implant and around month 3 they will start to see them fall/droop naturally. Right now they are hard as rocks. Trying to stay positive and continue taking the muscle relaxer. Updated on 28 May 2022: Today I removed the steri strips and revealed a few open sutures. I know this is normal and they will close on their own. I cleaned them up with warm water and wipes, and used guaze to keep them dry. I will be closely monitoring and taking care of them because the last thing I want is for them to get infected. Today is also the last day of my antibiotics. I don’t have much pain really just swelling and feeling heavy, still going to take muscle relaxer and tynelol. Updated on 3 Jun 2022: Officially two weeks post op today. I feel like they are not sitting as high as week 1 but still pretty high. My incisions are closing and are starting to Scab. Next week I will start going to get lymphatic massages so they start to soften up because my skin is very tight by my shoulder area. I’ve been massaging on my own also. Can’t wait for my 1 month post op so my doctor can examine me and see the progress. Updated on 9 Jun 2022: Incisions are closing, and starting to scab and implants are slowly dropping. Still doing my daily massages. Looking forward to my one month post op appointment. Updated on 18 Jun 2022: Had my 1 Month PO with the nurse and she said they are dropping and healing nicely. My implants feel softer everyday. My stiches are fully closed and my aerolas are starting to darken. At my post op the nurse cut a few of my clear stiches and said I can start using scar oil in another week or so. I prematurely wore a nipple pastie while going out one night and it ripped a scab off my right nipple, so sad. Now it has to rescab and heal again. They still need to continue dropping and aren’t sitting in the breast pocket just yet, probably another month or 2 but I am so far happy with my results! Will keep updating. Updated on 5 Jul 2022: Using the scar cream daily, but don’t see much of difference (I’m 5 days in). Currently using scar away gel but if anyone has any recommendations please write in comments. I would say the implants are at 60% dropped, my left boob still feels like it’s in my armpit slightly. And my boobs are getting softer by the day, big improvement from week 4. Still insecure about certain tops because they are so perky right now that they look really high in low cleavage tops. I went bra shopping for the first time and I’m 34 D. Before the lift/implants I was a 36C. All in all, I love my new boobies and I know I’ll love them even more in 3 months!!

He calmed my nerves, chose a size that was great for my body, recovery has been really good. I am please with my results and I am only on week 3 of recovery. He has a bright future ahead of him. I’ve also heard great reviews from other patients about his tummy tucks and bbl’s. I would return to him in a heartbeat. Very professional, very nice, and he knows what he’s doing. Great work!

Hello BBL community!! I've been stalking this site like crazy trying to.find out as much information on this procedure as possible (this was a great place to start!) I want a more round plump butt with fairly small waist to.give that ultimate hourglass shape. I am determined to save up and set a date for this surgery. I have the support of my boyfriend who will be with me every step of the way. I am just hoping to get some intel on this, preferably from woman who have already.had this procedure done. I need advice and lots of guidance so I take the best steps and precautions for beyond outstanding results. I will post when I get more solid info! Oh also my god mother lives in fort lauderdale florida so it would be awesome to find a great doctor in florida (fort lauderdale, miami, aventura area) cause that would save me a ton of money on a hotel. I'm looking for a doctor that can do aggressive lipo on my whole back, flanks, and abdomen. I also my.thighs (they rub together eekk!!!) I'm.also looking to have 1000 cc's or more in each cheeks. I want that bottom heavy hour glass shape! also I want rounder hips. So to all the vets pleeeeease help!!! Then I was 190 lbs and now I am 176 lbs!!!! so pround and keeping up the good work!! oh yeah and at the gym i have been wrapping my midsection is saran wrap to hopefully sweat out the water weight cause i have this huge tire on my flanks and belly button area. so would wearing a clincher and doing sran wrap now be beeificial to my bbl results?? will i have a better hour glass shape? what are your opinions ladies? I don't want to be suffering from heat strokes during the summer time from the garment, faja, waist cincher, ect. I've heard a lot of ladies wearing multiple layers, I get hot quickly and can't sleep when I'm too warm. Anyone got a BBL during the summer time? What a nice man! We sayed on the phone for 45 minutes. He answered all of my questions. I have a great feeling about him. My mind is at peace with my doctor. And not only am I confident in my doctor, his price is reasonable. He quoted me $7900 for lipo of the back, flanks, abdomen, inner thigh and knees and above the knee. All that for $7900.
