My experience to date has been very positive, from the initial phone call to inquire about the procedure Dr Benson and his staff have been helpful, considerate and empathetic. At the consultation appointment my personal situation was discussed to ensure the procedure was right for me. When I decided I wanted to move forward with it I was given all of the information that I needed to properly prepare for the procedure. On the day of my 1st treatment, I was treated with care and the procedure itself was done as gently as possible. I still have 2 of the 3 treatments yet to be performed, but I would definitely recommend this medical group if you are looking to have the mona lisa touch procedure done. They ask questions, they provide answers and the cost of the procedure was reasonable.
