- you’re a great candidate for Brazilian butt lift, “BBL”. You could remove fat from your abdomen,waist and back, snatch your waist, and give your buttock more projection and make your hips wider. If this is what you’re looking for BBL is the correct procedure.
You should seek a physician who had performed Brazilian butt lift many times and has had no deaths and has great before and after’s and has done thousands of these procedures. You should also make sure that the surgeon only injects subcutaneously and NOT deep into the muscle. There is no scientific evidence that being board-certified as a plastic surgeon connotes better safety or a better result- artistry experience and technical safety are the key factors

This is a problem that occurs when too much fat is placed in the Buttock with fracturing of the connective tissue and loss of support. The butt essencially blows out. In addition, failure to graft the outer thighs and posterior thigh creates an “ant” deformity.
Because the skin has been stretched out too much and the connective tissue support has been destroyed, removing fat from the Buttock is a dangerous proposition. Therefore the only way to correct this problem is to do buttock Lift with an incision in the upper portion of the Buttock. I have seen this problem a number of times and have corrected it this way. No other technique is likely to be of benefit.

This first post will be short because I am one day post op but after taking off my bandages…holy I look GOOD! I will post before and after pics for sure so every one can see the magic Dr. Del Vecchio and his can do. The first day SUCKS don’t get me wrong. But once you take the bandages off it’s all worth it. I have the body of a 20 year old bikini model!! My butt could lose half of its size (and it may) and I’ll still look amazing. I also asked for hips, the doc said he’d do his best, I was skinny to start, remember. My hips look spectacular! I never thought I would get results like this. When I am a little more comfortable, I can go over what you will need . The most important thing post op is having an amazing partner to stay with you and help you .
